I had been a patient of North Jacksonville Complete Denistry in the past and I finally decided to return and I am so glad I did!! I was treated as if I never left and graciously welcomed back! I received excellent Quality of Care from Dr. Baxter and all the dental hygienists that assisted me. My root canal procedure was basically pain free. I look forward to many more years of receiving my Denistry care from North Jacksonville Complete Denistry.

I'm normally super nervous around any type of doctor, and being I haven't been to a dentist in ages, I was REALLY nervous about being there. But everyone was SUPER friendly and very honest, even the staff at the front desk! I felt very comfortable asking questions because I knew that their answers would be sincere. They all took very good care of me and I'm so happy I found this place!

This was the best experience I have ever had at any Dentist or Dr.s office. I had a tooth that I needed pulled I called everywhere trying to get it done I was about to go to an "emergency" Dental office that could see me later that day but I called N.J.C.D. and they could get me in hrs sooner, and do the extraction for $50.less so I went. Thank God, instead of just pulling the tooth they did a root canal and saved my tooth they could have done much less work and I would have walked out happy but for about $6 more the Dr. Spent about 3-4 times longer with me and saved my tooth. By the way when all was done I told them the only thing I suffered from was the anticipation of pain as there was none. There was no part of my entire visit that I would have changed. The appointment was set for 1 1/2 hr.after I called, the wait when I got there was a few minutes, The price was the best I found and the service far surpassed what I was even hoping for. I truly am excited about returning and bringing my family in to see the dentist.I will end this with were ever you live in Jax. they are worth the drive good honest people doing it right.

Dr. Baxter is awesome! Great professional, friendly, & courteous staff. The office is very calming. I am always nervous at the dentist, but today was very warm and friendly customer service. That always makes a difference to the patients! Great job!

My experience was wonderful. The staff is very knowledegable and friendly. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. The staff dind't judge me. They discussed with me all the necessary steps to correct what was wrong. I also like the fact they give you all your cost upfront, no surprises. I would reccommend this Denistry to all my family and friends.

I'm very scared to go to the dentist but dr baxter and ms rose and the rest of the crew make it a little bit easier to go.every one is very nice and polite and very professional from the time I walk through the door til the time I get to leave haha my whole family goes here and I always refer people to go there thank you for helping me and my family

Everyone on staff was professional. The dental assistant and dentist treated my son well and didn't force him to do anything he didn't want to. The office was clean also.

My experience with North Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is the loving and friendly care you get from the time you walk in until the time you leave, a very comfortable Dentistry and for me the office is very convenient to where I live. Dr Baxter and Dr Johnson and their staff is amazing and they all make you feel so relaxed and treat you like family. I'm so Blessed to know them.

Dr Baxter and his staff offer lots of convent times to work with you ,they are compassionate and concerned as well as very professional. It is always a joy to see them and that says a lot for a dentist office. It feels like you are part of the family.

That was the first time I have had a dentist put me first. The others did not care if I was in pain or if they damaged my jawbone or not. Just yank and go . But Dr. Johnson is the best. He even called to check up on me on his way home. He is my all time best.

I initially contacted North Jacksonville complete Dentistry for a consultation about 3 years ago, and after several episodes of frustrating and unsatisfactory dental services from other dental practices I happen to reflect back on a consultation that I once had with NORTH JACKSONVILLE COMPLETE DENTAL SERVICE, I remember how just walked in off the streets for an impromptu consultation with them, they greeted me as if I were a long time regular customer of theirs, I now wish that I had used them right away those many years ago, the consultation was so warm and inviting that even though I did not remember the name of the dentist practice, (NORTH FLORIDA COMPLETE DENTAL SERVICE however I remembered where they were located, I walked in and made an appointment to the same welcoming atmosphere that I had experienced 3 years earlier. In this latest consultation I was assured by both doctor and staff that I would leave satisfied with the results of their services. THE RESULTS the quality of these folks skills, runs a heated "tie" only to their hospitable personalities.. so when they presented the bill to me I thought it was going to be in two parts, one for services performed, and the other for exceptional professionalism when I got home I noticed that they requested a review from me of their performance... normally I don't write reviews,usually my attitude is you did a service for me I paid you the fee you demanded so we're even. but as I mentioned at the onset of this review, I really wished but I had employed their services when I initially met them 3 years ago. and for what they charged me for the quality of service that they performed. it would be an injustice on my part, in fact it might even fall under the category of immorality on my part,...not to give these folks a great review sincerely Johnny Simmons

Have used this practice since 2010. The staff are friendly and professional. It is easy to schedule an appointment. The dental care is done painlessly in as few visits as possible. the office is spotless and records are all electronic, so it is easy to bill insurance .
