The professional staff and office staff are courteous and professional in demeanor. Things run on time and the is no waiting past appointment time. The care and performance of procedures are done as gently as possible and I have had no undue discomfort. Cleaning procedures are not at all unpleasant. Dr. Roberts is a skillful dentist and treats patients respectfully. I recommend Dr. Roberts and his staff without reservation.

I give my highest recommendation to North Ottawa Dental and the staff. I used to be nervous about going to the dentist but not anymore. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Not only will any dental problems be taken care of but you will be given the knowledge to help prevent future problems. Thanks to Dr. Roberts for opening his office on a Saturday to help me with an emergency and to Carole for being so friendly and helpful. Best choice I ever made for dental care.

By far the best Dental facilities I have been in. Friendly, attentive,personable staff make visiting a pleasure. They are gentle while working and are mindful of the pains of dentistry which isn't very often found. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a single cavity or a mouth that requires a lot of work like mine. Very satisfied!
