Love Erin, her personality always puts me in a good mood. I have all the trust in the world in her suggestion and care. I'm very grateful to be included in the experimental program. Frist time I have every had a viral load at zero. Only complaint, it is so hard to get someone on the phone. I understand the staff is busy, but the main number just takes so long in the IVR selections, and then I'm always sent to voice mail. Many times with no return call. Like being able to get my test results online. Helps me keep an overall understanding of where my health is at. Overall, I feel the office is run and a very professional and friendly manner. Staff is helpful.

Following surgery to remove an infected knee implant I have been treated by Dr. Bettacchi. I have been to his office in the Baylor complex on three occasions for followup visits. Dr. Chris Bettacchi and his nurse Erica have treated me with utmost professionalism and courtesy. They convey a genuine concern for my treatment and answer all of my questions completely and in laymen's terms which are easy to comprehend. He has gone far beyond my expectations in making arrangements with my rehab facility to see that I receive the proper care. The course of treatment that Dr. Bettacchi prescribed has been effective and I consider my recovery to be ahead of schedule. Without question I would highly recommend the services of Dr. Betacchi and his staff to anyone.

I was very fortunate to work with this clinic on a clinical trial. Not only was a facing something new in my life but a clinical trial made me even more nervous. I can honestly say that the people that I was able to work with have surpassed my expectations. Everyone was very patient with me since I have hundreds oh questions to ask. Everyone was very courteous and made me feel very welcomed when I was at the clinic. The resources that are given to anyone in order to be successful are amazing. From the lady at the front office to the amazing nurses great director and amazing doctors, this is an amazing clinic that will definitely make sure they take care of you. I know this because this team of medical professionals did exactly that for me! They will get to know you and you will know them all by name (that's how friendly they are)! The staff in general is the best staff I have been able to work for! I thank each and everyone of you who took the time to deal with me and my needs! I'll never forget my first appointment when Dr. Berhe walked in without my chart and talked about my case better than I could. Since I've been here I have received top notched cutting edge treatment. Their research department is SECOND to none. They not only have the latest most up-to-date clinical trials but the staff is very personable and professional. They care about my every need. The staff is very pleasant and nonjudgmental. I was not one of the best patients and didn't take the advice of my physician which I ended up paying for in the long run. But in the end, I returned to open arms and have thanked God ever since.

Words cannot adequately describe just how terrific, caring, compassionate, and professional this team is. In today's hi-tech world, most of the doctors I have seen for other issues sit at a computer and type while they ask questions and I respond. The NTIDC team care, because they sit in front of you, look you in the eye, and say something like, "How are you feeling, what can we do for you today?" Then, they listen to hear what I have to say. In short, you cannot find a better medical team anywhere, and I mean anywhere!

I am under the care of Renee & Dr Spak. The 2 of them make a great team! Whenever I need anything, all I need to do is call or send a message on the patient portal. The responses are quick. There have been a few instances that required hospitalization as well. The admitting/transfer process was handled quickly. I was thorougly informed and pleased with every step being covered without a hitch!

Their is not enough woods to describe how the Staff and Doctors at NTIDC treat there patients. I can say, if had not been for Dr. Sloan and his staff and the care I have received from them, I would not be here today. I felt safe due to the professional care I received and after several years it has definitely been effective. I feel good and each visit I receive more than I expected. Going to the doctor, I have great anxiety. My doctor Sloan and his staff help to ease my mind and simply calm me down. I’m allowed to ask for Brian to take my blood each visit. I contracted MRSA in my heel from a surgery. I had seen two other Infectious Disease doctors without success. My MRSA kept recurring. By the time I got referred to Dr. Spak, I had had MRSA for almost a year and was in jeopardy of losing my foot. Dr. Spak agreed to see me and got me in very quickly. He pulled together a team of doctors immediately. It took two more surgeries and a lot of antibiotics, but they eradicated the MRSA. Had it not been for Dr. Spak's quick and immediate actions, I would have lost my foot. I highly recommend this group.

I was not in good shape when I first visited and suffered from debilitating fatigue. North Texas Infectious Disease Consultants had my energy back in two weeks. I am highly impressed with their clinical trials research department which allows you to help make improvements in existing drugs and create better ones with few or no side effects. The staff is very personable yet professional. They make you feel welcomed and loved and truly care about your health and well being. I would highly recommend them.
