I have been a patient at the Baylor North Texas Infusion Center for 19 years as an IVIG, once monthly patient.The nurses. are THE BEST in the industry, and must be to be employed to work with infusion patients. They are professional and also compassionate. All safety precautions are taken to ensure that patients never need to be concerned about cleanliness or safety. These are always a top priority at the center. I guess you can tell that I give a 5 STAR Excellent rating to the Baylor North Texas Infusion Center. I am so thankful that they are there for me!

Unfortunately I have the need for Rituxan infusions, but you guys are always amazing at the appointments. We have been together for several years now and I have a feeling you will be stuck with me for many more. Thanks for all you do.

I've been a patient at NTIC for about 6 years, receiving a monthly infusion. The team there has been nothing but professional, taking the utmost care towards my safety, and warning me if potential adverse effects, as well as informing me of the effectivity of the meds! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this type of medical care!

The professionalism, care, and total experience at NTIC (Baylor - Worth St #740 office) made the infusion process (for 9 weeks in total) a safe, incredibly respectful, and precise experience... The staff from front door to every single person in the care areas was beyond my expectation. No one wants to go running over to an infusion procedure - and an uneasiness goes through every fiber as you wonder if "this" will work - but this group takes each patient through the process as they would dear family members (the ones they actually like, that is)..!

The staff could not be any more professional than they are. I am greeted by friendly staff who know my name and treat me with the utmost respect. My appointments and treatments are always timely,and the staff is efficient and extremely careful to ensure that I receive the correct medicine at the appropriate rate of delivery and they check regularly to see if I am doing well. I could not ask for more from the center.

I have been a patient almost 7 years here. It becomes like a family when you spend 10 days a year at your facility. The doctors have been great and attentive. The nurses take terrific care of their patients. Even the phlebotomist is cheerful as she draws your blood. Getting infusions can be scary. North Texas infusion center puts you at ease, makes sure you are comfortable and sees that all you needs are met in a clean and pretty setting. Margie Milici

this place is top notch. Dr. Sloan was my original Dr and a really wonderful, compassionate person, Dr. Hailey is now my Dr. and is also wonderful and caring. The staff is the best I have ever encountered in a medical facility. Love them all

I have received infusions here for about 12 years and everyone here has been very kind,caring,knowledgable and professional.From the first time I met Dr.Sloan during a hospital stay I knew he was special.My heart is still heavy as I am certain ya'lls are as well.

Well I was VERY concerned at the start, I was mad at having to do this, pissed that I couldn't drive myself, and so my wife had to escort me 1 hour each way everyday for 6 weeks. I was very concerned about my safety because of the fact that every patient was infected with something. But after a week of treatment, I began to notice the professionalism of the nursing staff and they started reassuring me that all is well. I would especially like to say how good Shagaria (sp) was and Jennifer AND my favorite sweet Karen. Your entire staff were very helpful and supportive, but I think these three RN's, help take the doubt away from a very concerned patient. Their professionalism far and away proved that I was in GREAT hands.

Excellent service! My nurses were competent, courteous, kind and professional. My receptionist was friendly, always willing to help and answer my questions and assist with my appointments! The business office staff was always willing to help me with my insurance needs and helped me with the best resources to receive my Xolair treatments.

This infusion Center is always friendly, kind and supportive. The nurses are always encouraging and ready to meet your needs. (Including returned phone calls even a pillow, blanket or heater if any of these are needed) I do thank each of you for all the special care.

I have been going to NTIC for the last 10 yrs plus. I have been very satisfied with their care. The staff and nurses are so friendly and professional - always concerned about the patient. I recommend NTIC for patient care
