Such a wonderful experience for a difficult procedure. The dr was so competent, efficient and pleasant to deal with. The staff was very accommodating by making sure my needs were met. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

My experience at Northwest Oral and Facial Surgery was wonderful. I had been living with chronic pain due to a problem molar for quite some time, and my wisdom teeth had all started to come in at once. I was initially concerned about the procedure as I'd never had sedation before, and I'm older than most that have their wisdom teeth removed. However, the staff and the oral surgeon were supportive, and made the preparation, surgery, and aftercare easy and effective. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

A first-class office with a wonderful staff and the most skilled oral surgeon I have ever encountered (and I have had a few). I know that for some people oral surgery can be a frightening proposition. Let me tell you... I had an extraction followed by an implant. Both procedures were amazingly fast and then I went home and waited for the anesthetic to wear off… and waited… and waited and finally realized it had and ended up poking around to convince myself the procedures had actually taken place. Quick and virtually painless. What more can you ask from an oral surgeon? My whole experience with Dr. Verschueren and Northwest Oral and Facial Surgery has been great and should I need additional services, I will be back.

After a very bad consultation with another local oral surgeon I decided to check out Northwest Oral and Facial Surgery. From the moment we walked into the office our care was top notch. We were kindly and quickly greeted and felt welcomed. Even though my son is 18 years old and technically an adult the staff still included me in all conversations and decision making. Our initial consultation went well and surgery was scheduled. I dropped my son off on surgery day and everything went exactly as stated. I waited in my car in the parking lot and the surgery was a lot quicker than I expected. My son was brought out to the car and everything was explained for follow up and care after surgery. My son was not in any pain and never needed any medication the next 3 days. His mouth healed up well and he feels great. I did have to pay more out of pocket considering this was not a preferred provider for my insurance however I feel it was well worth it for the Excellent care we received. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise with my 2 younger sons. I highly recommend them to all my friends and Co workers.

I have extreme dental phobia. My fears were taken seriously and my extensive dental work and surgery were handled with skill and empathy. Everything went so well after surgery that I was truly astonished and grateful. Thank you Dr Verschueren.

I urgently needed my wisdom teeth removed and they were able to fit me in during this crazy pandemic when everyone else was months out for even a consult. I was relieved they were able to help because they were actually my first choice. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Verschueren a few years ago and my boss had work done by him as well. He was highly recommended. I not only felt like he knew what he was doing, but he also helped calm my nerves as I was very weary of having my wisdom teeth taken out as an adult. My surgery went great and the recovery was as easy as it could be. I had zero complications. If you need to reach them or schedule an appointment, they are also very easy to get ahold of and they always return your call if you leave a message. The entire staff there was extremely helpful!

I am so pleased with my experience. After my wisdom teeth extraction (all 4 were completely boney), I had very little pain or discomfort. I would take 1 to 2 ibuprofen the days following surgery and never needed any stronger medication. Swelling was completely gone after about 2 days and super minimal bruising only on one side. Maybe I just got lucky and have a higher pain tolerance, but I truly think it was a result of the awesome doctor and staff.

Easy process, gave us all info upfront. Appreciates the efficient billing got paid by 2nd insurance very quickly. Felt like my daughter was in good hands.

We had a great experience with Northwest Oral and Facial Surgery! The staff are professional and kind. Our son had a fast, easy recovery after his wisdom teeth were extracted. The staff prepared us for what to expect during surgery, answered all our questions and explained in detail the after care. After the surgery, he was wheeled out a back door to our car for privacy. We highly recommend Northwest Oral and Facial Surgery and will go there in the future if our other children need their wisdom teeth out.

I was apprehensive about the dental work I needed. the Dr. & staff were wonderful,the procedure went just like Dr said it should. I was amazed at how easy everything was my lack of pain during my recovery time was a definite bonus. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs care, I can not say enough good things about how great they were. thank you to Dr. and staff, even billing was helpful!

The care, comfort and convenience were all excellent. Appointments were on time and usually as quick as it seemed possible. I was never stuck in a room and abandoned like sometimes happens at doctor visits. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I was scared to go to an oral surgeon. I asked for nitrous oxide ahead of time . Having the root of my very front tooth removed since my own crown broke and fell out. I already had a flippers/ my other front tooth -s game oné . It was serious and (!) scary looking, too! When I got in the office, the dental assistant was soooo kind, friendly, low-key and a bit funny, too. Set me at ease. She explained everything to me and said that I wouldń´t need the nizrous oxide. Dr. V was the samé - kind, factual but friendly, easy going, kind, interested. He explained everything as she had, before he did anything. As he was working. She leaned in close to me and said, "Now, take a deep breath." She kept my attention away from what he was doing. They notnn kept saying how well I was doing. All of a sudden, it was all done! Bone graft, root removed, new double tooth flipper fitted, no pain. I could go! I tearef up with reliéf, gratitude, and happiness. The next day I flew across the country to vacation w/my grandson and family in South Carolina. I took my 2 prescriptions w/me and followed after care instructons. Ansolutely NO pain or problems at all. I have NEVER been so amazed at the ease and comfort of any surgery situation (involving me!) before . KUDOS to Dr. V and his whóle team!
