The lady on the phone that I talked with to book my dumpster and to pick it up was amazing. I called one afternoon before closing and she took my call and was very good and courteous. I felt bad calling before close but she wrote down the details sent me an email and had it all set up the first thing the next morning. She was so helpful and polite. Then I filled the dumpster a week early and called her. She said guys picking up are. Little backed up but I will get you on the list and let you Janie when they can get there. And she did. Awesome job and great customer service.

Great value, saved more than a few hundred dollars by not using nationally known waste management company and supporting local company for the same service offering. Rented 20yd dumpster for basement/crawl space clean out prior to move, and filled it right up in 1 day. Extremely courteous and timely communications to make arrangements. Dumpster delivered within 30 minutes of delivery window, tucked neatly into driveway. Pickup was seamless and did not require me to be present. Would DEFINITELY use again and recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of a lot of stuff and doesn't want to drive to the dump or arrange and pay for special pickup from their locality.

I had a very good experience with Nova Dumpsters. The staff was pleasant to deal with and I had a dumpster delivered the next day. They delivered and picked up exactly when they said they would and made the process very simple.It was a great value, the prices were lower and the service was great.

Your staff was very friendly and professional. One thing that impressed me was that Cheryl never seemed to get tired of my many questions and answered them very quickly and completely. You dropped off and picked up when promised with no 'hidden' fees coming out, which some reviews indicated happened a lot with your competitors. The dumpster was very clean when you dropped it off which impressed my wife; she had seen some dumpsters in the neighborhood that were horrific, of course they were not yours. Great experience with Nova Dumpsters every step of the way: You all were helpful in advising me on what size dumpster I might need. Delivery was on-time and quick. The dumpster is probably the cleanest one I've ever seen. It was easy to adjust the timeframe to keep the dumpster longer, and the fees for extra days were reasonable. Pick-up was also really painless to arrange -- it was great that I didn't need to be home. Getting the dumpster was part of a pretty overwhelming process of dealing with my mom's household belongings after her death earlier this year. You all made the process about as easy as it could be, which relieved a lot of stress. Cheryl especially was super helpful and responsive. It was really a pleasure working with your company and we're happy to support a local business. Hopefully it will be along time before I need a dumpster again, but if I do, I know where to come.
