Thank you to Dr Lewis and all of the staff. I always feel welcome when I call to book my appointment and when I walk into the office. The clinic is clean and tidy. My wait times are minimal. Excellent service...very professional, freindly and competant. Great results....love my new brace. Hte only negative was dealing with blue cross...but the staff at synergy helped me out with the paperwork.

I've seen Dr,Lewis a few times, I don't ever feel rushed,even tho I know his busy, his pleasant and listens,I've never felt nervous visiting his office. The staff are always friendly and kind.As for results it depends why iam there to see him,Information I receive is very helpful.

Can't say enough about the quality of care at Okanagan Synergy Health. You seek help to get better and Kirik is effective and efficient in his treatment. Kirk told me my issue would be cleared up within 5 sessions and that is exactly what happened. Ease of booking appointments and friendly staff are an added bonus.

I was referred to Dr. Kirk Lewis by my doctor & physiotherapist to treat the Calcific Tendonitis in my shoulder. I was impressed by Dr. Lewis and his staff from the outset. I received a warm, friendly reception from Josee and Dana as a new patient during COVID. Dr. Lewis answered all my questions, thoroughly explained the procedure and what I could expect putting my nerves at ease. I was always able to get a convenient appointment and they billed my insurance company directly. After approximately five years of increasing pain and loss of mobility I am thrilled the pain is almost non existent and my range of motion has increased considerably after 6 shockwave treatments. Dr. Lewis has always taken the time to investigate where my pain is coming from and why and treating my entire body rather then just addressing the immediate problem. I have been very impressed with Dr. Kirk Lewis' care. He explains the nature of the pain, treats it and gives me some exercises to do at home to support the healing. I brought my mother to see him for a chronic back pain issue, and she is walking better than she has for years.

His treatments are subtle and very effect without the major cracking . Dr Lewis is not only concerned with the pain in your back but in your whole well being . I have been using chiropractic therapy for over 20 years and I find Dr Kirk Lewis provides excellent care and is the most knowledgeable chiropractor I have ever been too. He will use multiple techniques in an appointment if I require it and I feel Immediate results after only a few visits. His office is in a very convenient location and appointments can be booked online or by telephone with his extremely friendly and welcoming staff.
