Dr. Ivanova and her staff at One Dental are excellent. The quality of care is top notch, as Dr Ivanova is so thorough, patient, gentle and knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable immediately. She always makes time for my family and me, and has on numberous occasions been very helpful and accommodative on weekends. She is so accessible and I feel comfort knowing my family and I are in such good hands.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Ivanova based upon her credentials; & couldn't be happier with my choice! She is an excellent dentist, with a gentle touch. My procedure was virtually painless! The office is very well run, with knowledgable, supportive staff. Dr. Ivanova is kind, patient, & took all necessary time to explain my procedure, & answer questions. She has my 100% recommendation!

Dr. Ivanova is the one clinician whom I consistently recommend to families new to the area. As a physician myself, I especially appreciate Dr. Ivanova's unusual thoroughness and gentle care. My whole family is happy to see her, from me with my sensitive teeth to my children who have seen her since they were toddlers. She's the best around.

Dr. Ivanova was quick, kind, and professional. She did a thorough job with my evaluation and did not recommend ANY extra work! One Dental was so patient and gentle with our children and their teeth. My son just had two baby teeth removed that weren't lose and I was very worried about how it would go for him. One Dental was so patient, showing him all the things that would happen and going slow. Dr. Ivanova read the body language and stopped any time he looked like he was getting nervous. The best part is that my son came away saying, that it didn't hurt at all.

Quality of Care is incredible!!! Dr. Ivanova and staff are so accommodating and One Dental has state of the art services. I have been going to One Dental for a little over a year as my original dentist of 30 years retired. What a difference!! In a good way :). Dr. Ivanova is gentle, has a conservative yet proactive approach and explains all of the options. Not to mention she does an amazing job with anesthetics!! The staff is very processional, knowledgeable and extremely client focused. Being in the service industry myself and doing whatever it takes to enhance the client experience, One Dental does a great job making the entire experience as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Ivanova and One Dental for the quality of care, comfort and convenience. She is undoubtedly someone who you can trust.

Experience was great- Everyone from the hygienist to admin staff to Dr. Ivanova was very professional and friendly. She was able to offer some constructive feedback and recommendations that were helpful in addressing some issues that I've had for some 15-20 years now. Several years ago we enrolled in a dental plan which we learned One Dental accepted. After entrusting our dentistry needs to Dr. Ivanova, my family and I have not looked back because of the excellent and professional care we receive. I would term the service personal and caring. Recently, I had a flair-up tooth ache. Dr. Ivanova saw me immediately and diagnosed that it was time for that wisdom tooth to go. She expediently arranged for a great DDS to remove it within hours. Both doctors checked on me that evening to see how I was doing. That is delivering professional care. I highly recommend One Dental to the readers as I do to all of my friends.

I have been consistently impressed with the high level of care at ONE DENTAL. The dental hygienist and staff are very pleasant and professional. Dr. Ivanova is a skilled and caring dentist who always takes the time to explain your condition, explain different treatment options and answer all your questions. I have been going to this dental practice for just over 2 years, and have always had a positive experience. The practice was recommended by various friends in the area, who also use this practice. I have had both regular cleanings and fillings done here, and the staff are nothing but professional and extremely knowledgable. Dr. Ivanovo is simply the best. I was terrified of the dentist because of bad experiences I had with previous dentist. My wife convinced me to go see Dr. Ivanova and one visit with her was all I needed. She reassured me and explained everything she had planned for me and took into consideration all my fears and worries. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. When she referred me to other doctors, she only recommended doctors who would treat me the same way she would. The rest of the staff at One Dental are fantastic. Genie, the dental assistant and Diane at the front desk are professional and super kind. They make going to the dentist easy and less stressful. I once dreaded going to the dentist but all that has changed thanks to One Dental. I now look forward to my visits to the dentist, something I would have never said in the past. Our family has been visiting Dr. Ivanova for almost 3 years. She has proven to be a very knowledgeable, kind professional who always greets us with a smile and a great disposition. My wife and I are very happy with the work she does and our seven year old son has also had a great experience with her and feels very comfortable with her. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and you can really tell that she cares and loves what she does. Her entire staff is friendly, efficient and very professional. Overall excellent, office is very clean and bright, staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr Ivanova is very thoughtful about her dental work...she is very focused on getting a great outcome. My husband and 2 teenages use the practice and we are all very satisfied. Location is conveniently located in the Village of Bronxville near the train and parking.

I have been deathly afraid of dentists all my life, and several painful past experiences have only compounded my fear. However, after my first visit to One Dental I am actually looking forward to my follow-up visits. The staff is fantastic. I felt like I was going there all my life. They are not only super nice, but professional. They explained each step of my procedure and why they were doing it and made me feel extremely comfortable.
