The doctor was thorough and gave me excellent information. He gave me several options. I have gone to many dentists. The doctor is very competent, pleasant and assuring.

I had a wonderful experience at Opal Ridge Dental. This was my first appointment, the receptionist and hygienist were very friendly,and the office was spotless. I have very sensitive teeth and I received a gentle and comfortable exam by Dr Thackenkary. Very pleased.

Very clean! Dr Thackenkary is amazing. I've Never had such a great dentist! He is very patient & gentle. Understands your needs, takes his time with you! Definitely recommend him to everyone! Just wish with me being a returning customer, that payment arrangements could be set up! For the ones who build relationship with the company in general, I wish I could afford all the work I need done. But I cant! In house payment plans, as a suggestion would be amazing! I really don't wanna have to go to a different dentist, due to financially!

Everyone is extremely nice and kind. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel at ease. The waiting area is clean and very modern. The receptionists are always great and always super helpful and courteous. Great teamwork between everyone there... you can really feel the unity among the staff. Dr Thackenkary goes out of his way to ensure that you are comfortable. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go anywhere else but Opal Ridge.. Thanks to everyone there that goes above and beyond to make appointments run smoothly!!

Opal Ridge Dental was great! The staff was very friendly, even when calling and setting up an appointment. Wonderful atmosphere. Made me feel ver comfortable, knowing I was pregnant and nervous about going to the dentist. The result of the work done on my teeth is fantastic!!!! Had a chipped front tooth and can't even tell it's a filling! They numbed me and I had no pain. Overall Opal Ridge is an amazing place and I highly recommend them!

TV programs onscreen in dental treatment room--screen is also computer, made you less nervous. Quiet music playing. Person was at desk when I arrived. Gentle with X-rays and anesthesia. Friendly staff, didn't seem rushed. Explained why I needed special process(although I didn't quite understand it well enough to explain it to anyone else--need a write-up). Said they would contact health plan for pre-approval for treatment. Gave me detailed paperwork. (Last dentist didn't do any of this.)

Excellent Customer Service. Appointment time was honored by the office. Comfort level great. Friendliness was over the top for a dental office. I only had one previous dental office that treated me like an old friend, but that was because I really was a long time client.

Dental Ridge was expecting because of my appointment today and as my friendly dental office in my community. Everyone was courteous, friendly and I felt really welcome. Everyone seemed very interested in me as a patient and wanted me to be aware of any issue I may have regarding good oral hygience. I will recommend anyone to Dental Ridge to this practice. I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past and was avoiding going to, yet, another dentist for quite some time, until recently I had no other choice but to go. After doing very extensive research, I decided to go with Doctor T. I was very nervous, but Doctor T and his assistant made my experience very pleasant and comfortable. During the whole procedure Doctor T explained what he is doing and asked if I was okay. He was very gentle and calm, which put me at ease and made me feel that everything will be just fine, and it was :-) He pulled my broken, root canaled tooth in no time! I was so surprised at how fast and painless the procedure went. The 2 hour round trip is completely worth it, I am so happy to have found the best dentist ever!

This was my first visit with Dr. T. I had to change dentists due to a change in my dental plan. I choose Dr. T off of previous reviews and pictures of the office that I saw online. I was so relieved when everyone that I met was very kind and patient and knowledgeable. They answered "every" question that I had. I liked the "water" cleaning (not sure of the exact term) and I was impressed that Dr. T did the cleaning himself. I would recommend this dentist and office (Frederick) to anyone looking for a new dentist. Thanks Dr. T and staff.
