Everyone was kind and considerate. They listed to my questions and made sure to carefully explain any and all instructions. While I will continue to see my primary care provider, I'm glad to know I am in good hands should I ever need to seek medical assistance outside my normal doctor's hours in the future.

It was very good. My husband was having severe chest pain. The person at the front desk came out the front door as soon as I pulled into a parking spot. She immediately got a wheelchair for him and got on the phone for an ambulance that arrived in a matter of a few minutes. Her quick work was very much appreciated.

I came into the office already checked in online. Whole appointment took 45 minutes and everyone i talked to was nice and friendly. Only took a few days to get better results to get rid of poison ivy. Highly recommend the awesome urgent care team!

Advised by my doctor's office that I could not get into their office until Monday, this was Friday. Had a bad case of poison ivy and didn't feel that I could make it until Monday. Your office took great care of me. Thank you so very much.

There was very little waiting time. I appreciate being able to go directly to a healthcare facility when needed and not wait for an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and I appreciated the follow up call a few days after my visit.

I went to the urgent care in my town of St. Charles Missouri. I somehow broke out in a rash all over my arms and could not determine the cause. It ended up being poison oak. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The doctor who was on staff was very knowledgeable in her field and was quick to determine the root of my issue. She went above and beyond and gave me her number to call if my rash did not go away within 24 hrs so that she could prescribe me something different.

I arrived at urgent care around 10:45 am on Saturday morning and was pleasantly greeted and things started to move right along with no wait. Dr and nurses were very friendly and professional. I was treated and given care instructions and out within 30 to 40 mins. It all went quite well.

Today was probably our fifth visit (not always the same family member), since the St. Charles location opened. We have received excellent care each and every time. The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. I am a former nurse and I have a son with Autism, so it really means a lot to find a place you can trust. Thank you Our Urgent Care!!

I chose this particular urgent care for convenience. Service was quick, the staff was warm and personable. The doctor didn't make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when discussing my health problem, which was embarrassing. Although I was in pain, it was a positive experience.

My experience at Our Urgent was exceptional. Feeling as poorly as I did, the receptionist was quick and very friendly. My wait was short. My doctor, Dr. Sudeer C. Atluri, was very professional, he took his time with exam and listened to all my issues. I was especially pleased that my prescriptions had been called into my pharmacy before even leaving the clinic. Overall, an extremely good experience, very clean place and wonderful staff. People were courteous and friendly. Service was extremely prompt. The amazing part was instead of receiving a written prescription, it as already called in for me before I left. That was my favorite part as it expedited the preparation of my prescription at the pharmacy. Great idea and thank you!

First I would like to say thank you to the staff! I thought I was attended to very quickly and very professionally. They were very diligent with all the questions and what test they did. I was a little apprehensive about going to an urgent care verses my regular Dr., but because of the time I had decided this was a better option. There was not a long wait which was wonderful I have waited much longer at my regular Dr. visits. Everyone was very friendly and they explained everything with my prescriptions. I would not hesitate to go again. Thanks again!

As horrible as I was feeling, the entire crew at Our Urgent Care let me know that they understand what I am going through and that they were going to take good care of me. The receptionist was sweet and courteous which was pleasantly surprising. The gentleman that took my vitals and asked the first set of 100 questions was empathetic to my misery and even managed to get a chuckle out of me. The physician and his student resident were professional, showed a genuine interest in what I was going through, explained what was happening to me and the treatments he prescribed for me. The young nurse that gave me a breathing treatment and, a surprisingly quick and painless shot in my right cheek, was efficient and professional. My X-ray was right there in the office! The whole office was caring, efficient, and took care of me quickly without making feel that they were rushing me. But the icing on the cake was that they called in my prescription to my pharmacy! Wow! Thank you for the excellent care you showed me. I highly recommend Our Urgent Care on Veterans Memorial Pkwy in St. Charles, MO.
