I have always avoided dental care until the pain was unbearable, because I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to dentists, I was also embarrassed for letting my teeth go for so many years with not so much as a cleaning. Well, Palmer Family Dental changed all that. Their professional, compassionate staff puts you at ease. And if you are afraid of pain at the dentists, they are so gentle I have never expienced any discomfort, let alone pain. I have had root- canals, extractions, fillings, crowns, deep scale cleanings....they work fast, efficiently and cause you no pain. I have been going to dentists for over 50 years, and this one is my favorite by far. If you can only afford to do some work, they will work with you so at least you won't have any more tooth pain. I highly recommend them for old and young alike in this area. You won't regret it.

My experience what dr. Johnson at Palmer Family Dental was very comforting he explained step by step exactly what he was doing he asked me through my whole procedure if I was comfortable if I needed a break he was also very gentle and very welcoming I'm the staff was wonderful as well also very helpful.

Palmer Family Dental is a professional, caring, friendly place for all our dental needs. I appreciate Dr. Palmer's office tending to our daughter in a recent dental emergency. I also like that they make it convenient to offer other services such as wisdom teeth extractions, etc. I feel like we are getting top notch service each time we visit.

I had a great first experience at Palmer Family Dental. They were very accommodating while trying to schedule my appointment, and sent a reminder text the day before, which was helpful. While at my appointment I received quality care. Both the hygienist and the doctor were very thorough in their care and explanation of the future care I need. I definitely feel like I am in good hands, so much so, I trust them with my two year old daughter's teeth. They are definitely our family's choice for dental care!

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I have known Dr. Palmer since he was a teenager and he is concerned and remembers things about me and my family as well as showing such professional care in his dental practice. It feels like you are much more than a patient when you are in their office. Our family moved here a few years ago and are so happy that we found Palmer Family Dental.The office staff is very professional, friendly and caring. We have been well taken care of and have had excellent dental care and are always made comfortable. Great Dentist office. The staff is great, and they treat you like family. My schedule changes often due to my work and they understand me, without complains or issues they change my appointment. Doesn't matter what position it is they all take pride at their job. This is a better group than the one I had in the city. Great choice!

The staff is very friendly and nice. Doctor Palmer takes the time to listen to your concerns and is genuine when asking how things have been and how life is going. Cleanings are gentle and dental work is good. Last thing, I know they care about my teeth because they always give me a free toothbrush, floss and toothpaste. Dr. Palmer's office is amazing!! They are so patient with my children... My daughter needed nitrous for all other dental procedures until Dr. Palmer. He talked her through her anxiety and was awesome!! I would highly recommend his office to anyone!!

I used to hate going to a dentist! Palmer Dental has changed my idea on that! The staff is courteous and the wait is never long. The procedures are done quickly, professionally and painlessly. The office is easy to get to and there's lots of parking. I'll be back every six months!

Dr. Palmer brought new methods to his practice. He and his staff explain things in detail, why and how, on the procedure. Also they tell you, upfront about the costs, and will help you budget, if needed. They are always glad to see you and make you feel at home. The office has been expanded to include more service. And the parking lot is way better. This dental practice is outstanding in every way. I will always be scared of dentists, but Dr. Palmer helps me overcome the fear factor. And they have been amazing to my husband as well. They have me included in every facet of his dental care. Thank you for your volunteer work of going to countries to provide care to those who have no access to dental services.

Great atmosphere. The dental hygienist, dental assistants, and both Mark Palmer and Mark Johnson were very professional. The hygienist was gentle yet throurough, the dental assistant informed me of the procedure and asked questions to put me at ease, and the dentists, both Papmer and Johnson, did an excellent job on my root canal. No pain after and a follow up call to check on me. I will be going back.

Our whole family, ranging from 3 years to adult, visits Palmer Family Dental. We have had everything from regular cleanings to root canals and even wisdom teeth removed. We are starting orthodontist visits, as well. The staff is always happy and caring. They get to know each of us personally and make us feel right at home. Setting up appointments has been fast and easy. They are willing to work around schedules, and get things done in a timely manner. They also give reminder calls/texts.The dentist and assistants are always aware of our needs.
