We sought out Palos Pediatric Dentistry for a second opinion for dental work for our four children. Dr. Facko provided direct feedback on the status of their dental health and laid out a staged plan to complete the work that our children needed. Dr. Facko’s biggest concern was maintaining a positive experience for our children so that they could maintain a healthy relationship with having work done on their teeth. The office environment is kid friendly, clean, and the staff have been kind and helpful!

Everything is always perfect when I bring the kids in for a visit. Great job! So clean. So friendly. No complaints here!

Dr. Facko and his staff were absolute pros when I brought my 2 yr old daughter in for her first visit. Calm, patient, funny, and knew exactly what to say to ease both her and I. We had a WONDERFUL experience!

The receptionist, hygienist and dentist were all very friendly and made us feel at ease. The office is clean and bright and decorated with cute kid-friendly things. We were given the option to fill-out paperwork online, at home, before the appointment which saved time in the office and was much easier than filling everything out on a clipboard. We were seen right away and my son had his first cleaning and x-rays!! He is six, which is late for a first dentist visit but he deals with Sensory Processing Disorder and had been anxious at the other dentists we had tried before. Thanks for making our visit a positive one!

Our first experience at Dr. Facko's office was wonderful! Wait time was extreme minimal, and staff was so friendly! Ashley, the dental hygienist was so patient with my son, and he really liked her. Quality of care by Dr. Facko was exceptional. Very approachable and very professional! We will definitely be staying with this group! Thank you fir a great experience!

Palos Pediatric is the office to choose for your child's dental needs (if they took adult patients I would switch dentists too!) From the minute you walk in you are greeted with friendly helpful people--and this continues during your whole visit! The office staff,the hygienists, and Dr. Facko are ALL wonderful with my child. They make conversation, tell funny little stories, etc---all to make my daughter more comfy (She has anxiety--which is a lot less since coming to this office). They do a great job of walking child and parent through each step of what is going on and then Dr. Facko explains all things in great detail and answers questions (His care plan has helped us a lot-my daughter had 4 or 5 cavities on her first visit there--now she is at a year and half with no new issues). I've had to call in on a couple times in between visits and they are great about getting back to me fast and answering my questions. The office itself is clean and soothing colors. There are books and small toys and a tv to keep children entertained until their appointment time (or while waiting on a sibling). (If/when your child has to have some dental work done-there is a tv on the ceiling and they will let your child pick what to watch while they work on your child's teeth). I've never had any issue making an appointment-they work with me well to find a day/time that fits my needs (though like any great office they book up fast so schedule ahead of time if possible). When we arrive for our appointment I don't think we have ever waited more than just a few minutes which is different than most medical appointments. There is a real "family" feel to this office which I love!!

I wasn't there, my wife was. Dr. Facko took them early because they showed up early that day. The visits for both of my kids went great. I could not be happier with Dr. Facko and his amazing team since our very first visit. Thank you all at Palos Pediatric Dentistry for your professionalism and dedication. I would recommend your services to ANYBODY looking for dental care for a child. Thanks!

Everyone is wonderful at Palos Pediatric Dentistry. My son loves coming to the dentist...its very kid friendly, calm and welcoming to children. Thanks for always making my son feel safe and comforted!

I took both my 5 year old and 8 year old to the office for appointments and my experience with Palos Pediatric Dentistry was excellent. Dr. Facko was both very friendly and professional. The office staff was friendly and helpful with scheduling and insurance. I will definitely continue to take both of my kids to the office.

I want to say thank you so much to the staff and Dr. Facko. You are all nothing short of wonderful. I remember being a child and even a teen and being so unhappy going to the dentist. I tried not to show that emotion to my son and you all kept up with the friendliness and confidence I tried to bring him in with. From the moment we walked in the door I knew it was going to be a much more positive experience than I remember the dentist being as a child. Because of you he had the very best first experience and I could not have asked for it to go any better! Thank you for your knowledge, time and patience!

I highly recommend Palos Pediatric Dentistry! The office staff, dental hygienist and dentist made my 2 year old daughter feel so comfortable for her first dentist visit. All staff members are incredibly inviting and friendly. They not only displayed a kind disposition and provided my daughter with toys to make her feel happy to be there, but they also helped me with my 9 month old daughter while I sat with my 2 year old for her cleaning. Dr. Facko was patient and gentle when examining my daughter. He was also very helpful and thorough with answers to any questions I had. Along with excellent care, we had very little wait, which made it clear that they stagger their patient appointments with little kids in mind. We are so happy we have chosen this dentist!

We had a great experience Palos Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is awesome, so friendly and helpful. They have been great with my 6 year old son and he loves going to see Dr. Facko. He has many mouth sensories and used to have problems going to the dentist. Since I have started taking him to Dr. Facko, the experience at the dentist has been great for us. Thank you to Dr. Facko and the staff for their kindness and patience with my son.

Dr. Facko and his staff made my family feel very welcomed and cared for. My children loved receiving a " prize" from the prize box along with a T-shirt at the end of our visit. Dr. Facko is very thorough with his work and is happy to answer any question you may have. He took his time with all of my children and gave them the best care. This practice is very family and kid friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Facko.

The dentist and staff were extremely friendly. There was little to no waiting to see the hygentist & dentist. The care provided by the dentist was excellent. Very kid friendly & clean. My daughter was very relaxed at her first dentist appointment.

Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the assistants are awesome. Very good with the kids and super friendly! The office is bright and clean. We've never had to wait once when we get to our appointment; even when we had to go in one time as an emergency! Dr. Facko is so patient, kind and gentle with the kids which in turn makes the experience better for parents. He takes his time explaining things to both the parents and kids about oral care which I appreciate. You won't find a better pediatric dentist!!

I really enjoy how my son looks forward to his visits and it has always been a positive visit for him. Whether it was filling a cavity or pulling a tooth Dr. Facko and his staff warm and kid friendly environment has been a comfort to me knowing my 9 year old is in good hands. Dr. Facko explains what my options are for treatment and we collaborate on the best option so you are a part of the process. Most of all Dr. Facko's dedication to making his young patients feel at ease is amazing. He allows each child the option of bringing in his or her favorite DVD and while my child was getting what would be an uncomfortable procedure done, my son was relaxed and calm. My son walked away with a comfortable and a pleasant experience.

When I took my daughter in to have her procedure done the doctor assured me that everything would be fine and that my daughter wouldn't remember a thing He explained to me what her reactions would be like on the way home and when we arrived home everything was exactly as he explained he made her comfortable as well as myself now she cant wait to return for her check ups I only wish he saw adults Thanks a bunch to Dr. Facko and his staff you guys are wonderful

We love Palos Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is very friendly and great with children. They are great at helping children feel comfortable. The dentist is also great with children and very knowledgeable. He answers all of our questions and has great suggestions. We are seen right away, we have never experienced a long wait. We highly recommend it. My children love to see the dentist!

Dr. Facko and his staff are true experts in their field. You couldn't ask for a better team. From the moment I walked in until I left their entire attention was placed on me and my children. There is practically no wait time and yet the exams given are completely thorough and I know my child received the best dental care possible. Dr. Facko and his staff truly understand children they handle them in a manner that would put most elementary educators to shame. Your child will feel at ease and I promise by the time they are done I doubt they would be fearful to return.

My daughters are 9 & 11 and Dr Facko is our 3rd pediatric dentist for them, and by far the best. From the friendly staff, who are so accommodating and great with kids - to Dr Facko's fantastic manner with his patients. My kids LOVE going to the dentist, no matter what the procedure - sealants, cleanings, they look forward to it. No fear, no pain. I wish he took adults too!!
