This was my very first home buying experience and our Realtor, Kim Hardman was with us the entire time, answering all of the stupid questions that I had (sometimes twice) and if she did not know the answer, she was always willing to find out for us and get back to us (no matter what time of night it may have been). Kim was so thoughtful with her approach in regards to how she dealt with us, that if I know of anyone who might be looking to purchase a new home, I would NOT hesitate to refer them to Kim as she is a "Rock Star" among Realtor's in my book.
