My experience was great! I’ve had my braces on for a decent amount of time, and every time I have an appointment everyone is so nice and helpful here. I’m very comfortable with them and they’ve made having braces on very convenient for me. Originally other orthodontists wanted me to pull multiple adult teeth out just to have braces, but at Paul Difranco Orthodontics they were willing to make a compromise with me which was the spacers before braces. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is in need of braces, they’re the best over here!

They are VERY accommodating with making appointments fit your needs. If you broke a bracket, no worries, just call the office. My son’s teeth look awesome now! We highly recommend Dr. DiFranco . Both of my children see Dr. DiFranco, and we were referred to him by several members of our dance team. Dr. DiFranco's staff is thoughtful, caring and extremely polite. Both of my children always mention how nice the staff is and that they really like them. They took the time to explain the steps to my daughter of how they would be putting the braces on, cleaning her teeth, how to take care of them and what to do if something was hurting her. Dr. DiFranco took the time to listen to our concerns and explain his strategy. They were able to to do a consultation and put her braces on at the same time. They recently changed their hours which allows for more before and after school times especially with both parents working and sports.

A wonderful caring office with a great Doctor! All the staff is always so kind and welcoming and both my children love Dr. Paul. He always takes the time to asking how things are and make the visit friendly. Would recommend to everyone who is in need of ortho care. Does great work and very flexible on appointments.

My experience was great!! I knew that I needed braces and was kind of nervous about the process but I’m glad that I went thru with it and I am very pleased with the finished product.

Excellent experience for my daughter. Appointments were very easy to set up. We were informed every step of the way and the care was perfect. The results are fantastic. I would definitely recommend Dr. Paul Difranco to everyone.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly. My daughter was a frighten and at times uncooperative child, but through the staff's individual care and focus, they won over her trust and ability to make her feel calm. This has been the best blessing, given I personally had anxiety seeing her yell and be scared for treatment that I know was best for her. Scheduling was great as well. We were able to get our desired dates and times. She did have to go in for a bracket that feel, due to a fall, but we were able to schedule pretty soon. I also was seen for a permanent retainer I've had for 20 years that sudden broke in half, I called and was able to be scheduled as a new pt within the next business day. They really do an excellent job at trying to get the patients in. We never had to wait long times within the 14 months we have been at the office. Staff and Dentist explained everything that was happening and broke down explaination of finances putting our minds at ease. No surprises. I do highly recommend Dr. DiFranco's office. They even complimentary coffee, lip balm. Also a sign that would have paients name with who got braces and who was getting them off. It was a personal touch.

Dr. Difranco is awesome sauce! The quality of my care was on point! I am so pleased with my results!! The techs are wonderful as well, always making sure of my comfort during a wire change. Melanie at the front desk is great, always chipper and makes scheduling a breeze! Highly recommended!!

Dr. Paul Difranco was always professional and understanding. He put you in control of what it is that you’re looking for(outcome), while carrying it out with great qualities. Very clean office, so no need to worry about sanitary issues, never had to wait after arriving for appointments, and most importantly, unbelievable how the outcome was with my teeth. My teeth are FABULOUS!!!!!! He works well with other dentists when things needed to be address. I will most definitely tell anyone, you won’t go wrong!!!!! Office staff is nice courteous and professional as well. This is the place for STRAIGHT teeth, STRAIGHT up.
