Our family has been going to the Bridgewater Dental Group for many years and have always been pleased with our experience. The ease of making appointments, even emergency visits is made possible by the excellent staff at the front desk. They are always pleasant even on the busiest days. Martina, the dental hygienist, puts you at ease and makes the cleaning a pleasant experience. Dr. Shay makes sure that you are comfortable and not experiencing any pain during the repair procedures. She always inquires about your overall health and any dental issues you have been experiencing. A very caring Doctor. I would recommend this dental group to family and friends.

It's hard to believe that you could love going to the dentist, but this office is as close as it gets. Everyone who works in the office is super efficient, professional and courteous. They do everything possible to make whatever procedure is being performed, as comfortable as possible.

Let’s face it, no one likes going to the Dentist, but this really wasn’t so bad. Everyone was friendly and the equipment was state of the art. They got me in and out quickly with little fuss. Randi, the dental hygienist did a great job, my teeth feel good and don’t hurt like they have in the past after a cleaning. Doctor Kaplan is a down to earth, regular guy who has his clients best interest at heart. All in all, highly recommended!

Paul is a transparent Dr. He'll tell you what you really need and if it is ok to wait until you are ready for the work. He'll explain your options and let you think about it. Great Dentists to me for the last 7 Years

I always have a good experience especially because of Jill. She really takes the time to do a great job on cleaning my teeth and truly cares about her work. Jill is the reason I have been coming there for so many years. Give her a raise!

I find all of the front desk staff, especially Mary, to be outstanding. Lisa, my hygienist, is so warm and compassionate. I always look forward to seeing her. Dr. Nadkarny is truely gifted. She is the first dentist I"ve seen who I am really sure cares about me as a person, not just a client. Kudos to you all.

My whole family has been in care of Dr. Kaplan for about 20 years. I think that this in itself should be enough evidence of the quality of care that he and all of the professionals in his office have been providing us with. He is not only a Superb Dentist but we all consider him a family friend. His medical skills are second to none. For all those years he was extremely attentive to all of our dental needs and they were many, of different degrees of urgency and complexity. And now when all of us moved to NYC we still come to his office for our dental care. Switching was never even a consideration. But care there truly starts from the moment you walk in. Mary, who is the office manager and of her colleagues are always extremely attentive, courteous and accommodating. And Lisa, our great hygienist is beyond great. Everyone knows that the teeth cleaning procedure is something nobody is truly looking forward to. But due to her great skills and soft touch the fear of it has been long gone for us. Her advice and suggestions on how to address a particular oral care issue is always made in the most friendly manner and is always to the point. Thank you, Dr. Kaplan and all your staff for taking such a great care of us!

Went in for my 6 month check up with Dr. Wyra. He's a great dentist. No wait at the office, my appointment started on time. The staff is friendly, and they got my cleaning done quickly so that I could get back to my day.

The Kaplan office is very efficient and the hygienist that takes care of me (Martina) is very thorough. Dr. Kaplan's associate, Dr. Stephen Wyrwa, usually completes my cleaning appointments with an exam and suggestions for how I can best maintain a healthy mouth. I am quite certain he has my best interests at heart and I appreciate his assessment of the dental issues I have.

Over 20 years ago, I brought my young son to Dr. Kaplan for his first dental visit. Dr. Kaplan was professional, yet made my son so very comfortable that he talked his younger brother into visiting Dr. Kaplan 6 months later. My husband, 3 children and I have always felt like part of the office family. Any one of the doctors competently and quickly diagnose and remedy any issues that pop up. We trust their knowledge, skills and abilities. Over the years we have been seen by every hygienist, and every one of them is always happy to give us little tips to keep our teeth and gums healthy between check ups. The front desk staff is friendly and always accommodating. Highly recommended!

Going to the dentist for other than a routine check-up and cleaning has never been high on my list of things to do. I have always strongly disliked the initial needle jabs that are necessary to administer Novocain. Dr. Kaplan has introduced a niffy new needle called the Dentalvibe which has made that initial needle injection practically painless. I was absolutely pleased with how little discomfort I felt. A great invention! This will certainly help make my future visits much less stressful when Novocain is necessary. Kudos to Dr. Kaplan for looking into innovative equipment to make his patients more comfortable.

My family and I have been visiting Dr Kaplans office for the last 13 yrs since moving to the area. We could not be happier with our choice. Dr Kaplan and his staff are personable and friendly. My children 14 and 10 are never scared of going to the dentist and this says alot about their care. Dr Kaplan is always understanding of my needs and somehow also accomodates my schedule. I have had a couple of dental emergencies and it is comforting to know I have a dentist that I can rely on. 5 stars from this patient for sure.

im very uncomfortable and slightly scared of visiting dentists, however after my first visit with him i felt so much calmer and relaxed. He is funny and caring and kept me connected during my visit. I was very pleased with my first visit at this dental office. The environment was very open and welcoming, as well as clean. My dentist had a great attitude and I loved her customer service as well as the quality of my teeth cleaning. The receptionists at the front desk were fairly friendly.

The staff is very friendly especially Dr. Wyra. Waiting is minimal. Staff are very accommodating and patient. The service delivered is efficient and meticulous. There has never been a billing problem for the 15 or so years that I have been a patient.
