The dental hygienist, Brooke was awesome! She has a great personality, she makes you feel at ease, listens to what you say, remembers and brings up concerns in full detail to the Dr in order to ensure all questions and answers are addressed. The doctor showed up with perfect timing, I didn't have to sit around and wait for her to get to me and that is so appreciated. She was professional and seems to have a pleasant rapport with everyone in the office. The office staff was polite, helpful and cheerful. All in all a really good experience. Thank you!

Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do...ever!!!! But my experiences at Peak Dental have been beyond amazing. They understand my fears and work with me. All of my family now go to Peak Dental and we are so pleased with their service, facility and caring attitude. Thank you!

I appreciate the good care I received on my first visit to Peak Dental. Everyone on the staff worked hard to give professional attention to my teeth.

My friend asked me to accompany her to Peak Dental Irmo, SC. She is a person that does not enjoy visiting a dental office; she had bad experiences ever since she was young. When I went in this office, I felt the empathy this staff had for patients, it took me really by surprise and felt so grateful in the way they took care of my friend because she did and does need a lot of empathy. I decided to have Dr Gretchen Yarborough look at my front tooth, at that moment she asked her staff to take x-ray and bleach my teeth; I was pampered. Dr Yarborough showed me the x-ray and DX the crown to be broken from the root, has external resorption, and decay on the tooth. With all this said I decided to get an implant and veneer done. I didn’t feel obligated but felt that I can receive great service and quality, which I have a temporary implant and it looks 100% better than my original tooth. If anyone reads this, trust me this is a great place for you to find a great smile plus get pampered as well.

As an eight year patient of Dr. Yarborough, I really should have done this long ago. My personal dental journey has been a winding and often uncomfortable road which has given me the opportunity to kick the tires on many dental practices. Dr. Yarborough and her staff have been so good to me through the years. Aside from the welcoming environment they have created in the office, the folks there have always been kind and empathetic toward me and what I was going through. I have been in medical/dental offices previously where I feel more like a number than a patient. With Dr. Yarborough I know she genuinely cares about what I’m dealing with and is fully invested in my long term outcome. As such, I trust Dr. Yarborough implicitly with my care because she has earned that with me. I couldn’t be more grateful to have these guys on my team.

Very satisfied with quality of service, care and convenience. The staff is excellent and Dr. Yarborough is very professional. They work with you and your insurance to give excellent care.

I enjoyed my visit. The office is gorgeous — a visual treat! Katie gave me a great exam, and Dr. Yarborough was professional yet personable. Even better: I’m a state employee with Dental Plus insurance, and I don’t get balance-billed. Other places that “took my insurance” still balance billed me. I can tell the difference, and I appreciate it.

My experience with Peak Dental was a Five Star rating. The office and equipment are first class. I felt that the staff as well as Dr. Yarborough were truly interested in me and any concerns that that I might have had. I look forward to my next visit.

I never thought I would ever say "I enjoy going to the dentist" until I started going to Peak Dental. The staff is like family, the atmosphere is very positive and you come out feeling like you have been to a spa not the dentist. My overall oral healthcare has improved 100% at Peak Dental. They are very welcoming. I was able to get in with a problem fast and it was taken care of with a professional and caring staff. You can tell they all enjoy working together.

Appointment to have 3 fillings done was scheduled within a week. Arrived and was taken back to have procedure done on time, with no wait. Was put at ease during the whole process, whereas previous experiences caused anxiety (especially with injections). The process of the filling was quick and very efficient - in and out in 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Peak Dental enough. Thank you!

The people at Peak Dental make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door, which eliminates any anxiety you may have about going to the dentist. They are all friendly, helping and most of all caring people that are very knowledgeable, efficient and really good at what they do. All procedures are carefully explained in a clear concise conversation, so there are never any surprises. Excellent in making sure the patient feels and is comfortable with everything. Dr. Yarborough is a perfectionist in her work so the results are always superb. Keep up the good work!

I could not be happier with the service and quality of care provided to me by Dr. Yarborough and her staff at Peak Dental. I found myself without easy access to my own dental practice while out of town and was able to be seen immediately with my problem being resolved quickly and satisfactorily! I highly doubt many would believe that a root canal and crown service would ever be considered "fun", but they truly are an amazing team of highly skilled professionals who made my experience a most pleasant, comfortable one! Since I am in this area frequently, I will be returning to have additional services performed and am looking forward to seeing them for all my oral health care needs!
