Friendly staff. Love the office

We are so grateful to for the kind, compassionate care at your office! Even over the phone!! We thought we had a dental emergency over the weekend and the response from Dr. Osdieck was quick and so reassuring. He even had me text him a picture so he could confirm! I really appreciated his patience with us late on a Saturday evening. Thank you!

Grayson was so nervous but they eased him and he said it was good. Since Parents are not back with their child we have to go on what our child tells us. He was great!

It is always a pleasure to visit this office. My girls are always excited to go to the dentist, which is saying something! The staff is simply wonderful with kids!

My older two boys look forward to going to the dentist, which is quite shocking to me. The staff does a great job handling kids and making it fun for them. I appreciate the time the doctors take to sit down with me to review their appointment and mentioning things to look out for. I also went there when I was a child and I always enjoyed it. Everyone is very friendly and patient. You can tell they enjoy working with young kids.

We love Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills! We refer all our friends and new neighbors to this practice. The front office staff, hygienists and dentists are all wonderful, patient, and very skilled at what they do. We are so happy here. We were sad to see Dr. Dan go, but we are already very happy with Dr. Joe. Thank you all!

The convenience of this location to our family is optimal and the front desk and scheduling staff are fantastic. My kids enjoy coming here too.

The experience is always wonderful! My only suggestion would be to let us know if we will have to pay for a second fluoride treatment. I had no idea it wasn't covered and I would not have my children received the treatments today. This is easily fixable by letting us know at the beginning of the appointment when the hygienist comes out and reviews treatment plan. LASTLY, DR. Brown is the best!!

Excellent! My kids never have any worries and anxious feelings about going to the dentist because of how great everyone is there. Very welcoming!

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They made pulling out her grown up teeth a breeze!

The staff were all very friendly and patient. Dr. Rob was really good with my daughter as well. I could tell she was very comfortable with him. He was also very thorough with explaining the treatment plan and made me feel at ease with the quality of care that I know my daughter will receive. It was a very pleasant experience overall!

My daughter Sarah and I had a very good first experience with this office. The office itself was very inviting. The staff greeted us and checked us in immediately. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Our appointment with Dr. Brown was great and we did not have to wait very long at any point. Even though I have only had one short visit I left feeling like I had make a good choice for my daughters dental care.

Dan and Dr Rob did really good with Mickey! This was her first time and she had lots to get introduced to! Thank you for all of your patience and care!!!!

We have been going to Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills for a few years now and it was the best decision! My son is 4 years old and LOVES going to the dentist. The waiting room is filled with fun things to keep the kids occupied while we wait (which is never long). Always a great experience!

I could not say enough great things about your practice. We came in yesterday with an emergency for my two year old. They way your whole staff handled our situation was nothing short of amazing. You all put me at ease in a high stress situation, and helped my son feel comfortable. Those things are not something you can charge for. The high level of care we received shows more about these women as people and their character. I am forever grateful that we found this practice when we did. I will be switching all of my kids to this amazing practice without a doubt. If they can handle us with this much grace in a time of high stress, I can only imagine how their general care is. Thank you ladies SO much for caring for my child and I. You are all amazing.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful with smiles on their faces. Dr. O is very kind and knowledgeable, my kiddos have no issues with dentist visits due to this place being so kid friendly. Thank you so much for all of your help and patience!
