My boys and I had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked into the door. The staff was friendly, the waiting room was inviting and the actual dentistry experience was non-intimidating. My 3 year old is very shy and has trouble warming up. But the staff let him ease and the dentist made him feel so comfortable. My son has been talking about how great it was at the dentist and how much he loves his new toothbrush! I am so grateful to have found a wonderful place for kids to be able to get their teeth care.

The kids were nervous but after they got the tour they were better...especially after seeing the game room:) The front desk we very nice and acknowledged the kiddos on arrival making them feel important.

It is very kid friendly! My daughter had a blast there. This was her first time going to a dentist and she was a little nervous but once she got there she loved every minute of it! I find it nice that they let the parents know what is going to happen before they take the child back with them.

We absolutely love Dr. Autry and the whole staff and Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills. They are warm, friendly and work so well with all children. My kids LOVE to go to the dentist, who can say that???!!

The kids love going and I get to sit back and relax while they get their cleaning and check ups. The office is fishy fun and the staff is excellent at handling any of my children's concerns. They even indulged my older son and let his take a picture of his "bones" to show his classmates.

My daughters love going to the dentist! They have been at ease since their first visit. The care is exceptional, the staff is kind and take their time with each of them as well as the parents. My youngest has Down Syndrome and it was important that she have a good experience at a young age. Dr. Autry and his team are amazing and we couldn't be happier with the care.

The hygienist who came to get the kids showed us around and was great with the kids. I have one who was upset and she put him at ease quickly. This was the first time they had been to a dentist without me being with them. Both kids had a great experience and talked the rest of the day about how great it was. It helps that neither had a cavity.

Both of my kids love Pediatric Dentistry! All of the staff are great and are wonderful with the kids. Our appointments are always on time and fast because both kids can go at the same time. Dr. Fernandez is so nice to the kids. He meets with me after each visit to discuss how things are going and takes time to listen to my concerns. They have their system of working with kids down to a science & we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My children look forward to going to the dentist because of Dr. Fernandez and his staff. The entire staff really goes above and beyond to make this a great experience for the children. This is also the most organized office I have ever visited. From the calls prior to your visit reviewing insurance coverage to updating info on iPads once you arrive at the office. Truly impressive! I can't say enough about this practice!

Everyone at this office is so nice and friendly...from the receptionists, to the dental assistants to the dentists. They are always on time and very efficient. My daughter actually likes going to the dentist! I recommend this office to everyone I know. Keep up the great work!

Our experience at your office is always pleasant. It is obvious that all staff genuinely care about kids and go out of their way to make kids feel at ease. All aspects of the experience is positive; check in, waiting, dentist interaction and check out. My son is my barometer and says "Dr. Joe is my friend." This says it all. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My daughter had a very bad experience with another dentist. She was terrified at the mentioning of seeing a dentist. A friend referred us to Pediatric Dentistry with high praises. I was unsure at first...but have been very satisified over these last several years. I am very grateful for the kindness and consideration they have shown both of my kids with their anxieties.

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and caring experience we had at your Arnold location. It was very convenient to have a closer location than Sunset Hills and it was my son's first time to the dentist. He was apprehensive going into it, but by the time we left he was raving about how great it was. Thank you to the excellent staff for taking the time to make a 1st experience very special.

My sister and I were patients of Dr. Albrecht when we were children. At the time we found the office to be overwhelming. I didn't have particularly fond memories of my experiences at the dentist as a child. When I had children, I didn't know of any other pediatric dentists nearby, so I thought I'd give your office another try. I was pleasantly surprised to see the office was nothing like it was when I was a kid. My kids are 9 and 12 now and they have had a completely different experience than I did. The office is much calmer and soothing. I like that there is a quieter place to wait in the smaller "room" at the back of the waiting area. All of the office staff and hygienists have always been friendly. My children see Dr. Autry and they like him and he is always friendly and answers any questions. The visits are always quick and we are able to schedule appointments outside of the school day. You guys are taking great care of my children's teeth. I'm glad we gave Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills another try.

To say that we had anxiety about this appointment would be an understatement. My daughters previous experience with the dentist had not been a pleasant one, and she was already scared. I knew that she was going to have to have some major work done, especially considering that it was an emergent situation, and that added to the anxiety for both of us. That all changed though when we first got to the office. The ladies at the front desk were not only helpful, but they were easy to have a conversation with, and they put my daughter at ease by showing her the fun stuff to do in the waiting room. The treatment area was bright and colorful, and the minute that the hygienists saw that my 6 yr old was getting nervous they stopped what they were doing to come over and put her at ease. Both of them were very good with focusing her attention elsewhere instead of letting her worry about what was to come. When we realized we had to come back the next day for a second, rather large, appointment there were tears in the car the whole way as my daughter worried about everything from pain to being in a new situation. As it turned out, none of those fears were necessary. The entire staff went above and beyond in making her feel safe and secure. They made sure I was kept up with her progress as the appointment went on, even staying a few minutes late so that everything could get done. The dentist was wonderful, and honestly, I would go to him if he took adult patients. I wish I could fully express how thankful I am to the whole staff there for turning something that was a terrible experience into a positive one for us. I am a huge believer that some people were made for dealing with pediatrics, and the staff at the Wentzville office is for sure. WE LOVE THEM!

After a bad experience with our first pediatric dentist, our son was very apprehensive. You calmed his fears and he had such a good experience he was looking forward to coming back! At our most recent appointment he walked to the back without needing us to go with him - that's a huge step - and we thank the entire staff there for helping take the fear out of the dentist trip for him!

We enjoyed our first dental visit. The atmosphere was great and the staff were very professional, friendly, and caring. My children were very comfortable and at ease with the staff. Dr. Joe was very helpful when going over X-rays and treatment plan. He was honest and willing to answer any questions that I had. The kids are looking forward to their next check-up!

All my fears about my daughter's first dentist experience melted away as soon as I walked into the office. The fun aquatic theme throughout kept my daughter excited about being there She especially loved the huge aquarium and the iPads to play with while waiting. The hygienist came out to greet her and immediately gained her trust by talking about her favorite fish in the tank. We were then led back on a short tour before her visit officially started. After walking her back to the chair, my daughter was so excited she jumped right up and waved to me as I left to return to the waiting room. Everyone at this office was so pleasant and wonderful with both kids and parents, alike. They definitely won my family over with their compassion and care for what they do. I will give recommendations to anyone I can!

I am scared of going to the dentist myself, this makes it very difficult for me to take our kids. From the phone call making the appointment, to the check in at the front desk, to meeting with the dentist about their visit all the way to Michelle at the check out desk everyone was so friendly. The talked me through everything and took amazing care of our kids! Our kids were very nervous to go but said after that going to the dentist was no big deal and they actually had fun. I can't Thank You all enough!

I think I was more nervous then my daughter but this experience was amazing !!!! They focused on my daughter greeted her directly and spoke to her at her age level. I'm always worried taking her to a dr office cause a lot of times they talk to the parent and over the child. But this office was focused on my daughter the whole time and I loved it. Loved the fact that the front desk would check in on my daughter and give me an update On how she was doing. Once the visit was over told my sister about the amazing experience and she called right away to get her son in. Thank you all for the awesome amazing experience

Our son is almost 2, and we were very nervous about bringing him to the dentist. As is the case for most 2-year olds, he fell and bumped his mouth, so we had a tooth we were worried about. The doc was so great with him. They had no problem keeping our son calm and entertained (he loved the fish tanks). I'm so happy his first dentist experience was so positive!

Eric is 14 and has been seeing Dr. Dan now for almost 10 1/2 years. It has always been a great experience when he has to go in for a check up. It will be a sad day when he no longer gets to see Dr. Dan for his dentistry needs. He and his assistants have always taken great care of him during his visits.
