We absolutely love Dr. Emily! My daughter was very nervous about her 1st dental checkup after refusing to even sit in the chair at my regular dentist. When he referred us to Dr. Emily, we were able to schedule an appointment right away. Alyssa was still nervous for her first appointment, but now she looks forward to her regular checkups. In fact, when she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up on the first day of Kindergarten, she said "I want to be a kid dentist. I want to be Dr. Emily's assistant!"

We always have a great experience from the time we walk in to check out. The doctors explain issues and treat kids in a way that make going to the dentist less scary for them even when other treatments like a cavity are needed. They don't push product, orthodontics until it's needed and if it's needed. Thank you to Dr Fernandez and his staff!

Love it! Have been going for approximately 6-7 years and my kids enjoy going to the dentist. My only "issue" is it is inconvieant with having younger kids and needing to schedule an appointment in the morning.

My son's first experience with Dr. Emily was a biggie -- he needed a crown -- and it went way better than I'd ever have expected. Since then he's been back for routine visits and a filling, and each time we were in and out quickly, with smiles all around.

From the reception desk, to the bright and interactive waiting area, both children and parents are comfortable for the short time spent prior to the actual appointment. The process of updating information in the kiosk each time ensures Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills has the most current patient and family information. From there, the team of hygienists and Dr. Brown make the actual appointment a pleasure. Both of our kids can't wait to get back to the exam area and are not at all intimidated or scared. Too bad that Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills only sees kids... there should be places like this for adults too!!! My daughter could barely contain her excitement when I picked her up from preschool for her dental appointment and my son was equally ready to visit again. The staff is wonderful and I feel like I leave their appointments very well informed. I only wish I had found Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills sooner!

I've had terrific experiences every time my daughter has an appointment. Always efficient and on-time. I was extremely pleased when my 3 yr old felt comfortable enough to go to the back by herself. I didn't realize that was even an expectation, but was delighted when she gladly went there for her for cleaning by herself. Its a very positive commentary on the staff.

This was our 2nd visit and we absolutely LOVE it! Morgan typically doesn't like to go to the Dentist, but after our 1st visit her attitude has COMPLETELY changed! I am very comfortable with the level of care my daughter is receiving. I pay the "out of network" costs because I feel I can't put a price on what it means to completely trust someone caring for my child. My only complaint from today's visit was she stated that she had to sit and wait without me for 15 minutes before they started working on her. It was after school and very busy, so it's completely understood! I will continue to HIGHLY recommend your practice to all my family and friends! Thank you so very much! Laura Estes-DeClue

Dr Autry is great with both of my children. Any dental issue are explained fully prior to completion. He works well with our orthodontist as well!

Pediatric Dentistry goes above and beyond to make my kids comfortable at the dentist. The positive atmosphere and helpful staff, especially Dr. Autry, make appointments easy and fun! I appreciate how accommodating the office is when scheduling appointments. They have several different school districts calendars available and work with insurance so the cost of procedures are clear. Excellent practice!

Roman has always had major anxiety going to the dentist, therefore giving us as his parents anxiety. No one wants to see their child filled with such fear when you know you are just trying to do the best thing for them in making sure that their teeth are healthy. Over the past year, Missy has really worked with Roman in trying to make him feel comfortable and trust that no one is trying to hurt him, but just keep him healthy. Major breakthrough today! Missy took him back without our help and Roman ended up having a great visit! Thank you Missy for doing such an outstanding job with our Roman!

Impressed with the professionalism and kindness showed by all staff. As a child, I was terrified of the dentist. My kids love it. My 7 year-old went out of the way to tell me in the car on the way home "they are so nice there." Also, the billing staff was especially helpful when an insurance issue arose. The atmosphere as you enter the dentist office is amazing for any child. Set in an aquatic scene, with televisions and a game/play area makes waiting fun. Once taken back for a cleaning the aquatic scene and televisions are still present making any child relaxed. Totally awesome!

My kids started their dental care at Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills, each at the age of 3. They love it and have no complaints going to the dentist. The kids are very comfortable with Dr. Fernandez and he is amazing with the kids! He explains their dental needs to me in a clear way and is honest. The staff is also great with the kids, and interacts with them wonderfully. It is convenient to make / change / reschedule appointments for them. My son feels very comfortable with the staff and doctors. He has had to have several procedures to his teeth and does not fear having to go to the dentist and I feel that is important. Appointments have been easy to get at times that work with my schedule. Very pleased with this practice.

Pediatric Dentistry has good service with great quality. My son was a patient since he was less than one year old. Now, he is a young adult attending an adult dentist. My daughter has been a patient since she was one year old and now she is thirteen. This is the best staff that I have worked with. All of them give great care for my son with special needs. He is always happy and smiling when he is finished with his exam and cleaning. The staff always takes the time to express concerns if they have any! We wouldn't go any where else!

My daughter Bella has been a patient for several years. She loves coming to the office because she feels safe, it's "fun", and she gets prizes at the end. Today was my 3yo daughter's first trip and she's generally nervous about new situations, but she did great. The staff handled her very well, kept her calm, and she's thrilled about her new toothbrush. I really enjoy the treatment that Dr. Autrey provides to my children and the feedback that I receive about their dental health.
