My experience working with Penny Realty was so incredibly easy and "Melissa" was amazing. She really listened to what we were looking for in a vacation rental, price, location and dates. She continued looking for the perfect place for us and actually called and emailed with several places of interest. We had the perfect beach location with all of the ammenitites you could dream of. We had such a great time that as soon as we got back home we reserved our vacation rental for summer of 2014. We can hardly wait! Thank you.

I just want to thank Lyssa at Penny Realty for making my apartment search a breeze. She was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the property. I was moved to San Diego for work on very short notice and did not have much time to look at apartments. She worked around my schedule and really went the extra mile. I wasn't very experienced with renting, so she took the time to explain the setup process for utilities, renter's insurance, etc. Lyssa's been great, and I have to imagine the rest of the team at Penny is the same. Would definitely recommend their services.

Penny Realty made a usually complicated property search much less stressful. My roommates and I found a beautiful house to rent for the year and we're very happy with our choice. Our property manager was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed anything. Thanks Lyssa!

Contacted Penny Realty in 2011. Agent was excellent...took time to listen,able to describe properties, answered questions. Guided me through reservation process. When I called office each person I spoke with conveyed my needs were important, always made sure all questions, concerns were answered. Excellent service...beach house is a place all were nourshed & spirits lifted. This beach house is a home away from home.
