I loved the care received here. The customer service was wonderful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The doctor gave me a diagnosis that perfectly explained why my vision is still bad even with contacts and glasses. I was beginning to think I was crazy for complaining about having to squint with corrective lenses on. I will have cataract surgery in Feb. Than you all so much.

I'd like to take a few moments to tell you about our great experience with your office. Your staff’s attention to detail and service with our eye care was wonderful. During our visit, they explained our options throughly and helped recommended choices which were in our best interest as a client. Service I consider above and beyond. The economist, Peter Drucker said that clients are built from years of great service and lost in a matter of seconds from inadequate attention. Having a great product is only part of a great business model. What made our experience so great were your people. It is very apparent that your employee selection is of high caliber. My recent visit with Performance Eyecare was my first and I was impressed with my entire experience. From the warm welcome and scheduling at the front desk, to a thorough exam and glasses selection - everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and offer information and options. My faith has been renewed in local professionally trained eye care physicians. Performance Eyecare services and experience were accurately described to me by my PCP, Dr. John Crowe. Dr. Cuff is exactly the professional I needed to see. I was treated so badly by my previous opthalmologist, like THEY DID NOT CARE. IT BIRDERED ON ABUSE IN LEVEL OF CAREAND INSURANCE FRAUD. I AM KNOW I AM IN GOOD HANDS NOW AND THAT KEANS A LOT. I ONLY WILL EVER HAVE 2 EYES AND I STARTED OUT IN LIFE Missing much. I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK THERE.

Dr. Cuff and the staff at Performance Eyecare were very professional and took their time making sure they met our needs . You were not just another number coming in the door you were an actual person with a need they wanted to meet . My husband had been going there for years it was my first time there and I was very pleased with the service I received I will go there for future Eyecare needs. They also have some very stylish eyewear to choose from.

Everyone at your office was extremely friendly and professional. My appointment was on time and I was in and out of there in a timely manner. I have no complaints with your staff or your procedures for checking my eyes. Also the doctor was very patient and informative!
