Excellent care as always! Staff is very friendly and helpful

We visited the Oswego location on January 17, 2016. The doctor and nurse were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the entire staff. They did an awesome job. My daughter is feeling much better, thanks to the smart doctor and nurse. I will tell everyone I know and meet about the outstanding care we received. We need more doctors and nurses like the one's at the Oswego location, thanks a lot I really appreciate all you did for my daughter Victoria. You guys rock, have a great day...

This was my first time visiting the office. The service provided was fast and easy, the personnel was friendly yet professional. The quality of the attention received from the physician was great; she took her time to evaluate and asses the concern I had. While examining, she was explaining to me to have a clear picture of the condition and offered me all the information and the tools to make my decision effortlessly. The facility was clean and tidy and the convenience of the location is excellent.

The offices are very clean and minimalist. The staff was very professional and helpful. We were seen quickly and effectively and efficiently diagnosed by friendly physicians and RNs. I have never been to a PIC office before and found myself there and back again with child in less than a weeks time. It's great to know we have a great medical resource so close to our home. My daughter and I were seen at the Oswego Physician's immediate care today. This is the 3rd time our family has received care at this location. I can not say enough positive things about the experiences we have had. The entire staff is very professional and helpful. There is a warm friendly atmosphere from front desk through nursing assessment to physician care. The exams are very thorough. All of our question were answered. The health care providers did an excellent job explaining diagnosis and treatment plan. They also made it clear when we should follow up with our primary care physicians. I have been a pediatric nurse for 30 years and I have very high standards for health care. Bedside manner and kindness are as important to me as intelligent excellent delivery of care. I brought in my son because I wasn't sure how badly he had been hurt and I just wanted to make sure he would be ok. Both the doctor and his assistant were super friendly with my 4yr old and made him feel comfortable and talked to him in a way where he understood what they were going to do. My son needed to have a stitch put in his cheeck. I thought omg how are they going to be able to do this, my son is one fussy boy but the doctor did such a wonderful job, he told my son to just keep his eyes closed and that he would tell him when to open them and my son must have felt the doctor so assuring that he did exactly as he asked. my son got the stitch in with nothing but a couple tears. I am so glad to know that I have somewhere to go any case I ever need immediate assistance. The entire staff was amazing with everything including the follow up. They showed compassion, concern, were friendly, informative and really made me and my son taken care of. Its a great place and I will and do recommended anyone who needs immediate care to visit the Oswego location.

All the staff I dealt with from receptionist and nurse to doctor were all friendly, thorough, skilled and good listeners. I would recommend this service to everyone I know.

I went to Physicians Immediate Care last night for pain in my back and was greeted by an very kind receptionist who was friendly, efficient and engaging. We were taken back to an exam room almost instantly and a nurse that worked with me was again very kind, very engaging and easy to talk to. The doctor we saw was the same - kind, friendly, engaging, asked questions to make sure she understood my pain and circumstances around it. Everyone was efficient with my time, incredibly friendly and I left confidant in the treatment plan I received. We will absolutely go back if the need arises!

I have received medical care at Physicians Immediate Care - Oswego three times and all three times have been excellent. The staff which includes the front desk, nursing staff and doctors are friendly and get right to the point, but do not rush you out. The office is very clean and the wait time is very minimal. I would recommend Physicians Immediate Care over many of the other urgent/immediate care centers in this area.

This facility is very clean and runs smoothly. I usually don't have to wait very long. I love that I see a doctor on duty. This clinic even had the ability to do X-rays if needed
