I hated going to the dentist because of the pain and shame, but the people at Pinewood Dental were nothing short of supportive and professional. Best dentist I've ever been to.

I am impressed with Pinewood Dental completely. From the first phone call, making the appointment to the time it took to finish the paperwork. The office is clean and very updated. I love the area for the kids to be entertained!! The staff is not only professional, they are friendly and engaging. Dr. Lee is an excellent dentist!!! He gave me some valuable, useful and insightful information about the future plans for my teeth that helps me feel even more comfortable choosing them. I was ready for the pain to hit when he numbed my gums, but there was none, seriously!! No pain!!! I love that!! I was expecting him to tell me the tooth was a goner and he needed to pull it. He didn't. He repacked the filling and cleaned my teeth in an efficient and timely manner. I recommend this Dentist to my friends, family and anyone who wants to learn how to take better care of their teeth!!!!!

I was having extreme tooth pain. I started researching different options of dentists. I found Pinewood Family Dental's website. I scoured every inch of it finding different options they had available. My dental insurance was accepted and was in network. They have new equipment and new techniques. That was one of my must have options. I called them and made an appointment. They got me in and started the x rays and evaluation. They made me an outline of the work that I needed to get done. They wanted to start with my most serious issues. So after the evaluation, I had my outline in numbers. So like one to six, one being my broken tooth and six being a deep cleaning. Wednesday, I had my root canal scheduled and of course I was nervous. They sat me down and went over the plan for the appointment. They knew I was very nervous and they took their time when they numbed my mouth. I didn't feel any of the shots and I couldn't even feel when they stuck ice cold gel on my exposed root. They started the procedure and at one point I almost fell asleep because I was so comfortable while they worked on me. The procedure was over and they took some final x rays and they were happy with the results. I was happy to not have that extreme pain anymore. I drove home and I took the prescription they gave to me and went to sleep. In the morning I still did not feel any pain or discomfort. I am extremely grateful and thankful for Dr. Lee for taking the time to make this process painless pun intended.

First time visit! Everyone was super friendly and helpful - even though it was Monday morning :) I had questions and wanted to understand the recommendations from Dr. Jung Lee a bit further and he was more that willing to take the time to teach and ensure I understood. Office location appears fairly new and is very nice. Equipment and tools used were new - not antiques from another era of dentistry. Overall, I recommend Pinewood Family Dental based my experience.

I am 52 years old and this was, by far, the BEST dental experience I have ever had in my life. Not only was it quick to do the filling, but the doctor was very informative and honestly explained things to me and did so in a genuine manner. He was not in the least condescending or abrupt or disinterested. I felt like he really cared. I have been to many dentists in my life, but found a keeper here. Thank you. I will be telling everyone in my family to switch.

I had my first visit at Pinewood Family Dental yesterday and was very pleased. Everyone was so friendly... From the receptionist to the assistants and doctor. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were very interested in my concerns and made sure to go over all of them. I didn't experience any pain. Also, one thing I liked is that they were all personal, they wanted to get to know me as a person. Another important aspect Is that I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. They actually showed me real pictures not just X-rays of teeth that needed attention and they broke down the prices for me and offered a few different payment options. I even got to watch Netflix while they worked on my teeth. My whole family loved it here and we've found a dentist that we are for sure going to keep!

Dr. Jung Lee was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had my teeth cleaned in such a thorough “gentle” manner before. It was such a pleasant experience!

OLDER COUPLE WITHOUT INSURANCE FIND "PINEWOOD DENTAL" My wife and I found our experience at Pinewood Family Dental a very pleasant one. The very inexpensive Dental Savers Plan is a must for folks without Dental Insurance. Dr.Lee and his staff were extremely friendly,professional,kind and careful. My X-Rays, exam, cleaning and extraction were performed as painlessly as possible. COME SEE WHAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT..I never enjoyed going to the dentist until now..Ed/Susan Walton

Friendly staff, very nice facilities and good price for those without dental insurance.

I was in need of a new dentist as my dentist of 20 years had retired. I tried another dentist for two years and wasn't happy as it felt like he didn't have the time to talk to me. I was having an issue with a crown and couldn't wait any longer. I went to Dr Lee and it was a great decision to do so. His support staff were professional and caring. Dr Lee took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my tooth and patiently answered all my questions. It was a very comfortable experience. I highly recommend Dr. Lee
