From the very start, The Playful Pup was an ideal place for us to take our 3yo Pup. Because he is very shy, the Staff (specifically, Kendra) took their time introducing him to their surrounding and environment. We really appreciated the offering of the free evaluation; for, it allowed everybody to get comfortable. We have taken our Pup to one other Daycare; and, in this one, he actually did not whine or seem super anxious about us leaving him. From that moment on, we knew that The Playful Pup was the right choice. We have utilized The Playful Pup's boarding services, as well. We are confident that our Pup had a blast. Not only did he return home happy, but also full of attention. The playtime and instruction that the Staff provides appears to really keep the doggies' minds in-shape and fresh for when they return home - they have not forgotten their manners, regardless of the interaction(s) with the multitude of other pups. The manner in which the facility is ran, compartmented, and organized also makes us feel like our Pup is in good hands. Their different boarding, training, and play rooms are such that it does not sound like a puppy kennel - like some other doggie daycares that we have encountered. There seems to be a constant tranquility, which we know for a fact that our Pup likes and needs. We are VERY HAPPY with The Playful Pup and their Staff; and, we look forward to our continued relationship with them!
