I give pleasant smiles 5 starts every time! I have been treated by Dr. Burton since I was little and will not trust anyone else with my teeth. Also I always use the same hygienist because of how gentle she is with my teeth!

Historically, I have had bad experiences with something as simple as getting my teeth cleaned. Dr.Pleasant and his entire staff put my fears and past issues to bed. This was my first visit to Pleasant Smiles and I can say I was truly taken care of. From the friendly faces at the front desk, to a pain free and thurough teeth cleaning by the Hygentist Morgan, to top quality Dental advice and customer care by Dr.Pleasant, Pleasant Smiles made me feel part of the family. I highly recommend others to choose them as their Dental Care provider.

This is the most convenient location in Crossgates on Crossgates drive. I have always been made to feel so comfortable with the entire staff ! They are so welcoming and friendly. I have had several implants, a filling or two, and my family and I all love Dr Pleasant!!! He is so spot on in his knowledge as a dentist and my family and I would recommend him to everyone!

My husband & I have been using Dr Burton & her staff at Pleasant Smiles in Brandon , Ms for almost 20 years. We have always been very pleased with their professionalism & the quality of care we have received. Sandra, the Office Manager, & Christinia, our hygienist , are added bonuses to us at Pleasant Smiles. If anyone is looking for a local dentist, I would highly recommend Pleasant Smiles on Crossgates Blvd in Brandon, Ms. Mary F (Sissie) & George Haynie

5 Stars!!!! Great service, never feel rushed. Dr. Pleasant is wonderful, so informative and professional. Kristina is the best hygienist in Jackson. I am a nervous Nellie, she makes it so easy to come back every 6 months. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. From the front office to the back they are all great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Burton for many years. I have never had a bad experience. The work she did probably over 20 years ago still looks beautiful, have not had to have any fillings refilled in several years. She does excellent work. I especially love Kristina, my Dental Hygienist, she is so sweet, always takes time to visit with me as I am sure she does her other patients. She is never in a hurry, she is gentle, careful and meticulous in everything she does. There are other dentists much closer to where I live but would never consider changing to another dentist...

I feel that I fell into "dental heaven" here at Pleasant Smiles. I have been a patient for over 7 years. I had avoided going to the dentist for over 10 years because of the high cost of dental work and admittedly a little anxiety from needles, etc. I can tell you without any exaggeration that I have NEVER felt more relaxed and "cared for" than I have here. My hygienist, Kristina, must have gotten her tender touch from heaven above. I have never felt poked or sore after a cleaning. She is FABULOUS! As for my dentist, Dr. Susan Burton, she is AWESOME! She is so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable like a good friend, chatting about her puppies, etc. She has always been thorough in explaining her proposed procedures and very gentle during those procedures. She has gone out of the way to work me in on necessary emergencies. One thing for sure, you don't feel like you have been gouged in the pocket book. You get a fair price and wonderful work, but most of all the whole staff makes you feel like a returning friend. Thank you, Sandra, Kristina, Dr. Burton and everyone for your integrity, kindness, and exceptional dental care. I NEVER want to go anywhere else. I am so proud of the care you've given my smile!

We have been using Pleasant Smiles for years.While not close to our home the drive is worth it.Staff is always friendly.We are seen promptly,little to no waiting .Both doctors are very nice .

If one must go to the dentist, Pleasant Smiles would be the place. I absolutely love their staff and I have never waited long - 10 minutes at the most. The experience is very "pleasant"!
