The Plumbing Doctor fellows were able to come immediately to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. They were very polite and found the problem right away. They had the replacement part with them and all was fixed. I couldn’t be happier with their work and the price for such good service.

All toilets in the house were not functioning on a Friday night. Early Saturday, Andrew came out and cleared a clog caused by work being done for a new driveway being put in. Andrew offered to put a camera down, but we didn't think that it was necessary then. After further reflection, we decided to have the camera work done prior to pouring new concrete. Andrew came out again and our pipes were clear. It is wonderful peace of mind for us. Since we had just had some other work done by Plumbing doctor, we had a coupon, so the work was resonsonably priced. Plumbing Doctor was recommended to us, and we will recommend them in the future. Jairo was excellent. He turned around a very hard job that was almost to much at hand. His skills were evident in completing the task. He was also courteous, professional and upbeat about the situation at hand. Many thanks to him. What a great job!

Called on a Tuesday morning and set up an appointment for Thursday morning. Lucas showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem. When he mentioned he had done the same repair in the condo complex a few weeks earlier, I chose your company and cancelled the other appointment I had made with another plumbing company. Lucas did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and then was very organized on completing the shower valve replacement. I would use your company again with any plumbing problems. For a young person, Lucas was very professional and completed the repair and cleaned up when he was done. He seemed experienced beyond his years.

Hello I was very pleased with the professional manner in which Jairo conduce Ted himself . He did an outstanding job and explained my options that I had . I was able to communicate to communicate with him in Spanish .. a definite plus . I would rate him a 5 out of 5. Will definitely recommend him to my family and friends

I had a major leak at my water meter last night, so we were without water and your company was great getting us on your schedule first thing!! Your guys were great! They were honest, explained the quote, fast, made sure all the faucets/toilets/showers were clean of dirt, put my front lawn back together and cleaned up great! Had a leak with our Kohler Washlet where the water line connects to the bidet toilet seat. Called Plumbing Doctor, explained problem to Answering Service; she said that she will have a plumber call me right away. I received a call from Jorge in about five minutes. I explained the problem to him, and that we have to go to a wedding at two o'clock, and asked if he could come her right away. Jorge said that he would juggle his schedule and be here in 10-15 minutes. Jorge arrived shortly thereafter. I showed him the problem. He tried to fix the problem but had the same problem that I had with the water hose leaking where it connects to the bidet. He suggested that I call Kohler on Monday for advice and any needed part (possibly a replacement gasket. He then removed the bidet seat and installed the regular toilet seat so that our toilet was functional. Jorge was very responsive to our problem and left us with a functioning toilet until we could get the bidet water leak repaired. Jorge was very responsive and helpful, and would highly commend him for his helpfulness and professionalism.
