I have been a patient of Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry for several years. Dr. Haeussner and all of his staff provide excellent quality of care and service. I have referred several friends who are now patients. I highly recommend them.

Recently moved to St. Augustine and was referred by my sister-in-law and several members of my church. I immediately felt a spirit of friendliness and joy among staff that transfers to patients. Kasey is an excellent hygienist, and Dr. Haeussner went over my X rays in detail and offered incites and options relating to dental care. I highly recommend and will refer my friends to Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry.

Scheduling is always accommodating and when we have needed care you have been flexible to accommodate our schedule. All in all - great work. Just had my semi-annual cleaning with Lisa today. Lisa has proven to be very thorough with my cleanings, going the extra step to discuss with me any problems she discovers with my oral hygiene practices as she cleans and polishes. I love how clean and shiny my teeth are when she is finished. We always feel welcome when we walk in and Amanda is there to greet us. She always knows the "little things" about our needs and never misses a beat when presented with a question. Highly skilled with a terrific attitude are just two of the many great qualities she possesses. I'm a tough critic of dental services and rate Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry at the top of the list, raising the bar of excellence beyond expectations.

All the staff and Dr. Haeussner are always so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Colie sure keeps my smile SHINING!!! My dentist of almost 40 yrs. in Jacksonville was a neighbor of the Haeussner family. After I returned to St. Augustine, I decided to follow my husband to the Ponce de Leon Dentistry. They are always caring, gentle (I am a baby about dental work)and so professional. I would highly recommend this office to all my family and friends. Dr. Daniel Haeussner Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry I've been so pleased with Dr. Haeussner’s work that I've recommended him to friends and family, and would now like to submit this review for anyone looking for an excellent dental practice. His entire staff is professional, efficient, skilled as well as accommodating. I've been a patient here for close to five years and have never been less than completely satisfied. Also, I have never had any pain or discomfort from cleanings, fillings or the two crowns that I’ve had done. Some previous dentists I've used seem to over treat, suggesting procedures I don't necessarily need. I don't get the sense Dr. Haeussner is concerned with performing any dental work that is not needed. His primary objective is my dental health, period! I really appreciate that! Case in point; last year I asked about replacing an old crown on my front tooth that did not look correct as the bottom did not line up with the next tooth. He inspected it thoroughly, reshaped the edge slightly and assured me that it had much more life in it, (instead of making me a new one). On my last cleaning, he recommended having a crown made for a tooth that had an old, huge & cracked, filling; cautioning me that the tooth may crack, requiring a root canal if not attended to. I had this crown fabricated & installed yesterday, all performed in one visit, (under 2 hours). Lisa, the hygienist is wonderful and makes the cleanings a pleasure. The doctor’s care has always been exceptional and I highly recommend him.

On my first visit to Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry, I needed a crown. The office staff provided excellent and friendly customer service from the scheduling of the appointment to taking care of all insurance matters, including appraising me as to what my out-of-pocket cost would be. Dr. Haeussner and his assistant did a great job of doing the actual dentistry to design and install the crown. The crown was made "in house" and it fits perfectly. Also, the work was done pain-free. I plan to continue with Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Schedule right on time, very courteous, very professional, and top quality over any place that I have had any work done. The technology at Dr. Hausners office is very advanced by all indications. They were open to answering all my questions and showing me details of how they proceeded with the procedures that I had. Excellent and thank you

I have been a patient at Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry for years. Dr. Haeussner and his staff are top notch. I am always greeted with a smile. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great visit. Dr. Haeussner has the most gentle touch of any dentist I have ever visited. The entire office is spotless and highly sanitary. What a pleasure it is to visit Dr. Haeussner's office. Whether it is for a check-up and cleaning or restorative treatment, I have always had exceptional quality care. The staff is well-trained and always seems to be happy. Dr Haeussner gives the best injections prior to treatment, so if you are afraid of the needle, he is THE GUY!! It is definitely a "no pain" experience. He does great work and I recommend his office to everyone!
