Had a toothache, they managed to get me in. In a very good time frame I might add. They answered every question that I had. Everyone in that office took the best care of my toothache, with little to no added pain. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

My experience with Primary family dental has been good, very friendly. I have had great service, the care and concerns of your teeth are excellent, never had a hassle in getting appointments and the location is just wonderful less than 5 minutes away. Very affordable, and willing to work with you in getting the service paid for. Overall service rating is excellent.

Both times I have taken my 3 year old the staff has been excellent. They knew her name right when we walked in. They explain everything before doing it, are very patient, and kind. The office is very clean and well run. I am very pleased with the care they provided my daughter, and I will continue to bring her here.

My experience with Dr.Shah and the entire team at primary family dental has been the best dental care I have received. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled and having a comforting demeanor that will put any nervous/anxious patient such as myself at complete ease. My experiences were absolutely wonderful. Due to my own dental neglect I was in pain again and in an effort to keep my remaining dental health intact I found Primary Family Dental and Dr. Kalpana Shah. I found her friendly demeanor and professionalism reassuring. The approach to getting me pain free was refreshing in that I had a detailed treatment plan first visit. She used state of the art materials and techniques and with a lot of work pulled me through. I had A LOT of things done but I could not have been more comfortable. I give her top marks on her bedside manners. In fact I give her top marks all around. Make an appointment with them and check them out. You will not regret it.

Such a great staff, I've been going here since I was 6 years old and each time I come in I've never been disappointed. I honestly recommend this place for anyone in need of a dentist. Such great service!

The dental hygienist was really sweet and did a was really helpful showing me how to floss properly. The Doctor gave me some good suggestions on care of my sensitive teeth. Over all everyone was friendly and I got in and out without waiting long. I will. E coming back in 6 months.

6 months ago I found this dental office. Dr Shaw and her staff are very nice, very professional and made me feel at ease. I had ALL of my teeth removed on the top of my mouth. I was looking at a new upper denture or implants. I had probably one appointment a week during the process, or so it seemed. It was very difficult for me to imagine myself without the ability to laugh and smile . I'm extremely outgoing and now I had to hid my upper teeth. That all changed after May 17,2017. I inserted my new denture and with a little practice I'm as good as before. I now laugh, smile and my self confidence is back! Dr Shaw is the best. I can trust her and her knowledge at any time. People ask me all the time about my teeth. I tell them to go visit Dr Shaw and her staff. Thanks for helping me out!!!! 5 STARS and if I could I would rate it 10 stars.
