Beverly Davis: absolutely the best Loan Officer: Direct, effective, efficient, knowledgeable, fast. More importantly, our agent made us feel that we were her only client (except we know she handles multiple accounts at any given time). The process was too complicated for us. Our agent knew that closing a good deal would make all the difference to us and our children and she never let go until we got it. Isn't it amazing to find people that REALLY CARE.

After deciding to cash-out some of my home equity while maintaining the mortgage interest write-off, I contacted Bev Davis. She is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! In less than a month, I had a new loan with a significantly lower rate and also some additional cash to put in the bank. Beverly Davis and the PRM team delivered what we needed, and were a real pleasure to work with. Rates and fees were competitive and definitely worth the outcome we obtained. Communication was outstanding - both in email and phone. Follow-up has been great - Bev is still helping us with some "little things" well after she could have signed off and moved on. The loan was approved, which was a real achievement given that our weird land tenure designation presented unique challenges that two previous firms could not surmount. Beyond Bev, the PRM team were great - several other staff needed to be involved when it came to document management etc., and this occurred in a very efficient, professional, and painless manner.
