I have been a client for over 10yrs. Dr Patel is has been great and does exceptional work! The staff that surrounds him are great especially the front office. They are very polite and professional and always have a smile! I highly recommend Dr Patel and Prosper Smiles for your dental care.

They make the experience easy, they are up with tech. They remind you when you need to go and when you are there they always check to make sure everything is good. They are always friendly, clean and organized.

My young children and I are very happy being patients of Prosper Smiles. From the office management team, to the hygienists and Dr. Patel, we receive the best care I’ve experienced with any dental office. Appointment scheduling can be difficult with young children, but the office staff have always been friendly, welcoming and dedicated to helping organize the best available appointments possible. And when I’ve needed to call for information, billing or rescheduling they are just as dedicated to helping as well as they can. Our hygienists are very friendly and welcoming as well. They are more than accommodating to help my little ones feel completely comfortable and secure in their care and I have never had an unpleasant moment during my many visits to the office. The hygienists and Dr. Patel are also fully informative and thorough with our treatments. I often leave with helpful and creative ideas to help my children improve their home dental routines and I never leave with unanswered questions or concerns. I really look forward to our next visit and would confidently recommend Prosper Smiles to everyone I know and anyone I meet.

My husband and I've both experienced great care with Dr Patel and his staff. They are friendly, thorough, and take time to talk "with me" not "to me." The office is very comfortable and clean. The business office is always up to date on my responsibility and insurance coverage details. We're very happy to have found them.

Friendly and quality service

Dr. Patel is awesome. He is very thorough and gentle, as well. I went to one dentist who wanted to replace a bridge for over $4000 because there was a cavity on one of the teeth. I got a second opinion from Dr. Patel, who found no cavity. I'm really glad I got that second opinion. I definitely recommend Dr. Patel. The dental hygienist is also very good. Awesome service. Everyone in the office is very friendly and does their jobs very efficiently, from scheduling appointments, estimating costs and providing top notch dental services. I was in and out of the office in literally 1 hour...and that included cleaning, a check up and a new tooth filling. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is very friendly. I always know what I owe (if anything since I have dental insurance) before routine cleanings and fillings, crowns, etc. Always a pleasant experience.

Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful. He informs me of exactly what’s going on and he is careful to explain what he will be doing. He gets every detail perfect when he has done my procedures and I have been very happy with the work he has performed. We have moved around quite a bit, so we have experienced many different dental offices. Prosper Smiles has been by far the best dental experience we have ever had. This is the 1st Dentist to successfully work on my wife without having to put her to sleep because of dental anxiety. Very friendly staff and all the latest technology make this office 1 of the best around!

Easily the best dental experience of my entire life! My son asked how my appointment was and I told him fab! Everybody is lovely and everything is nice and clean and well organised. I loved being told exactly what was going on and what was being done and why. My teeth have never been so clean. Each tooth was examined front and back and throughly cleaned! I have to go back in a few weeks and I'm not worried at all. Wonderful! :)

Very friendly staff. Relatively quick service that is both informative and thorough. Dr. Patel provides a low stress environment to dentistry which can be very high stress to patients. Most importantly, Dr. Patel is not "procedure happy" which is to say he will err on the side of "wait and see" as compared to "fix it now". A great patient experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patel is a very patient and gentle dentist. I have severe dental phobia and Dr. Patel has been extremely patient with me and made sure that I was always very comfortable and could trust him throughout every procedure. Their office is very clean and organized. His entire staff is very friendly and also accommodates my fears about coming to the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his wonderful staff for your dental needs.

I had scraping done to my gums on Tuesday and I was pleasantly surprised that it was almost painless. Dr. Patel and Christina had told me previously that its not a real painful procedure and they were correct. They put me at ease and I must say that everyone in their office is very professional and friendly. I proudly give them FIVE STARS.
