Great floor. Help in the store to pick the materials was really important. I got exactly the product and color I was looking for. Installers were wonderful . On time , floor looks amazing and all was cleaned up when they finished. Will use again for our kitchen and bath remodels!!

I chose Quaglino's flooring because they had done an outstanding job in my kitchen, laundry and family room several years earlier. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did in my two bathrooms and bedroom. The quality of their work and customer relations are outstanding. The price was competitive with other stores if not better. I much prefer to use local businesses rather than "big box" stores. They more than met my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality product and service.

Nothing short of five stars for Pat and his team! I needed to extend hardwood to match existing flooring in other parts of our home. Why five stars? 1. Made an appointment to prepare a quote...showed up on time and gathered needed information with ease. 2. Turned around the quote the very same day. 3. Calendared the installation to meet the customer's schedule. 4. Installers arrived as scheduled and completed the work with tidiness and professionalism. Exemplary customer service and work product. I could not be happier and I recommend Quaglino's without hesitation.

As an owner of two turn of the century houses locally, we have used Quaglino's Flooring repeatedly over the years. We continue to get great service, great prices and a nice selection to choose from. On a recent job, the carpet layers had to maneuver around some tricky obstacles and they mastered it. Also, Boki is an excellent salesperson with a delightful personality who gives you undivided attention and offers many great, knowledgeable, and creative ideas!

They have quality installers and know what products are good. We do a lot of residential carpet installs with them, they stock the carpet we need so when we have a move out we can get it done fast without having to order the product. And we love to deal with small business's because they have quality service which is so hard to find.

The initial meeting was very professional while narrowing down some possibilities . The quality of carpet I chose was wonderful. I feel the price quoted and billed was in my price range . The carpet layers were helpful in moving the furniture and in their timely finishing of the job. All in all I was very pleased with the experience and would use them again. Highly recommend.
