Brad is an IDEAL person with whom to deal. As is his answering/receptionist service. The answering/receptionist actually listens to what the customer requests and then (even more unbelievable) she communicates it accurately and promptly to Brad!!! Brad himself is prompt (such a fine quality) as well as honest (rather than tell you what you might want to know--Brad actually informs you of the situation, the context, and the variables. Quite refreshing). So on top of his promptness and his forthrightness, he actually FOLLOWS THROUGH on what he says he will do. Remarkable. And he is responsive to customer needs. I wanted, for example, an email following up his service call in which he enumerated exactly what he and his assistant had done. (I keep such things in my house file.) Brad did precisely that within minutes of his completing work at my home. I simply cannot thank you enough for such a responsive team. Rain Guard Inc. have been nothing but helpful from start to finish. I received an estimate the day after I called, I was not pushed to purchase anything I wasn't ready for, and when I decided I was ready to utilize their service, I was serviced the very next day! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 in my book

Although Rainguard was higher than other estimates, the solutions to my needs and answers to my questions gave me confidenance that they would be a better choice. I was not dissapointed. During the first rainfall, I had a bad leak, and called them about it, they sent an inspector, we weren't home, and he couldn't find the leak. I tested it also and couldn't find it either, but I know I didn't imagine it. So, we'll see what happens the next rain.

Installation was scheduled quickly. Crew was on time and I hardly knew they were outside working while they were here. No mess when they left. Gutters work great. Pricing was reasonable.

Rain Guard had partially placed gutters on our new home before we purchased it. When we found that we wanted to complete the entire home we wanted to continue the job with Rain Guard because the appearance was excellent and the cost was very competitive. Rain Guard went out of their way to provide gutter repair service on my personal residence. The project was smaller than I had even anticipated but was handled professionally regardless. Thank you for the assistance and I will remember you all for any future projects and repairs.
