The sales rep. was on time for the appointment. After discussing where the new guttering would be installed and my ideas on downspout locations/preferences the sales rep. offered suggestions that I did not consider that made the overall appearance and function better, so of this writing I have no complaints. -Mark

My experience with Rain Guard was Very positive. Ron took the time to explain all the factors That went into our gutters and even suggested some improvements that we told him To go ahead and make in replacing our gutters..we are Very pleased with the finished product!

Rain guard came out soon after I called to do an estimate to complete the work. After I called them to perform the work, they were able to come out a few days later. The house was partially done when I bought it, so I had Rain Guard finish the rest. Looks like it was done all at once. They reworked some of the down spouts that were not done the way I would have wanted because it was done before I bought the house. Ron and his crew fulfilled my requests. Rain Guard called back after work was completed to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. I appreciate that call. I would recommend Rain Guard to my neighbors and friends
