It was great with every job title I encountered. I highly recommend Rainbow Dental Care. Receptionist, Billing, Exam, Hygienist and of course the Dentist, Dr Po. I'm not just saying it, it truly was that good!

I was referred to Dr. Po by a teammate at work and have now been a patient for nearly two years. I needed a significant amount of dental work and was extremely self conscious about my teeth and my smile. Dr. Po and his entire office staff really made me feel at ease almost immediately which was not easy to do at all. Over the past 2 years during the numerous appointments I have had to get my mouth healthier and my smile back I can't help but notice how Dr. Po and his staff are always so friendly, they take time to get to know their patients. Going to the dentist can be very nerve racking especially when staring down the road of extensive work but having a dentist and staff who works hard at making sure you are comfortable makes it so much easier. Jesse, Rebecca, Brittany, Jenn and all of his staff have been flexible at working with me and my schedule and even working around my reconstructive knee surgery. They are diligent at ensuring high quality of care and understand that it is the patient who is affected if anything less is delivered. Words could never adequately express the absolute appreciation and gratitude I have for Dr. Po and his staff as for the fisrt time in years I can smile with confidence again.

My experience has always been perfect. You know the staff and Dr. Po truly care about you and your dental needs. I let my teeth go because of my fear of the dentist and some bad experiences. They have made it so comfortable that I am as at ease as I could be going to the dentist. From the minute you walk in and Jessie greets you to the dental assistants getting you prepared to. Dr. Po giving you the shot to numb that you don't even feel. Also no soreness afterwards from the numbing shots. And my new crown looks great. Dr. Po also always calls to check on you personally. Last shout out to his wife Jill who is just a sweety. Truly the best.

Dr. Po and his staff is like a family who takes good care of me. Loving, kind, calm and cool. Truly appreciated.

The office staff, particularly Jesse, really know how to provide excellent care for their patients. I feel like they really care about me and my needs. I absoultley love this place! Best dental place I've been to. Dr. Po is super sweet. They are super clean. Super friendly! Very helpful! They do everything to make you feel safe and comfy! They explain everything in detail. The front office girls are super sweet! They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Yes, I recommend this place to everyone! My daughter and I just went to our first visit. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. We got right in and everyone was very knowledgeable but most importantly took the time to explain everything from billing to procedures. Rainbow Dental will be our dentist of choice!! Thank you!!!

They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was very anxious going to the dentist but they made my experience easier and made me calm. All questions I had about insurance were answered quickly and efficiently. My fiancé and I just moved here and we will be using them as our dentist.

Excellent and fast, friendly service

I have to say that of most things in this world, one thing I truly hate is the dentist. I always seem to have a lot of discomfort, while there and for some time after the visit. A friend of mine had told me about Dr. Po, and I figured I would there and just have him pull all my teeth out, and put in dentures, I figured that would take care of my issue with teeth, and the dentist. Well Dr. Po, would not extract the teeth, but instead told me he could repair the issue and that the pain would not be bad. I was reluctant but decided to try it, I am glad I did, not only was it pain free, I do not think ever spent time with a more caring dentist, this man is a most for everyone who hates the dentist, or just does not feel welcome at the dentist office. I can guarantee that you will be very pleased with this office, and the staff. thank you Rainbow Dental for allowing me to believe in the dentist again, and actually look forward to cleanings.

Was able to get a short notice appointment. Dr. Po was busy, but very efficient, friendly and fast. There was no sitting in a chair for an hour wondering if they forgot about you. I had a tooth repair done in less than 90 minutes. Work was beautifully done and he explained clearly what, and how he was going to repair the tooth. Easiest Dental experience ever! Only downside: initial paperwork is extensive and tedious. Download? Definitely would recommend Dr. Po and staff...!

I generally dislike going to the dentist and am very wary of a new one. I've had several bad experiences in the past. I was extremely pleased with my experience with Dr. Po and his staff. I have some more dental work to be done and I feel very positive about having Dr. Po take care of it. I highly recommend Dr. Po.

I've been afraid of the dentist for a really long time due to unfriendly occurrences when I was younger. Walking into this place has changed my outlook and to be honest I'm not afraid anymore so I decided to write a review. Thank you for showing me that dentist do respect their patients.

very nice people and dentist was gentle!

It was wonderful! I was a random walk in because I was in so much pain that I needed desperate help immediately. As soon as I walked in they were able to help me right away. The staff was great, very nice and attentive. The wait to go to the back wasn't long at all, then when I was in the back I didn't have to wait at all they got to work on me immediately to figure out what the problem was and what was causing pain. When I was done and got my prescriptions I was on my way and sure enough the pain was gone once I started my medications and hasn't been back yet. This is now my new primary dentist office! So happy I found them. :)

I heard about the great care. I've always went to a dentist that had other locations. I never realized how it differs from a small office compared to a huge center. I was recently at Summerlin smiles, for 3 years and was so upset with my results I did not finish my treatment. Here, I was happy to hear I work directly with one dentist. I do not currently have insurance but I received a great deal, probably better than if I had insurance. The receptionist and the assistants made my visit so comfortable. The dentist was to the point and actually listened to me no telling or charging more than necessary. At Summerlin, I attempted to cancel my services the same day and was informed they already charged my bank account of $3000 and was informed I could not cancel my treatment. I had to remind the dentist to clean my teeth. Doctor Po, treated me like a human and not a paycheck for him. For the first and my first visit I felt no pain at all. The staff treated me like a person and even followed up. I went in for a crown and had a temporary put in, well it came off immediately. I went back and they fixed it right away. They were very apologetic and corrected the problem. I told everyone at work about the great experience I had, even though I had to go back I still felt excited that I finally have people who really care. Thank you doctor Po and staff, really. I will never go to a corporate feeling dental office where you never know if you will be worked on by the same assistant or Dentist.

This was my first time in and all I can say is that I felt at home !!! Very friendly & professional staff, great Dr. & Hygienist, Clean and calm office environment. I took my 2 young boys and they loved their experience too and came out with treats !!! Thank you, after having to leave our old dentist that we have been with for over 17 years.... this was such a big change, but let me tell you.... it was for the better. Keep up the great work.
