The class instructor,AJ, was professional and handled the class very well. We were given excellent training in technique and he kept the class lively and interesting with relevant material and humor. I would definitely recommend the course to anyone wanting to become certified in CPR/BLS.

It is a great refresher class and it really helps you keep up those skills. It's nice how we get the card right away also. I really liked the website and how user friendly it is. I also appreciated the courtesy call I got when a class was cancelled. It's great also how we get reminder emails of the upcoming class and I was not charged when I totally forgot about my class and missed it. You guys are very professional and it is a great service you provide for us. Thank you so much!

Instructor J.P. was clear and concise. Each student had plenty of practice with the dummys and J.P. made sure that technique was accurate. He maintained schedule and answered any questions. I will take this class again for my next renewal.

All of us were renewals and Kaaren kept the content appropriate in detail so that it fit the group. The primary attention was placed upon the AHA guideline changes. The hands on practice was effective and the environment was very clean. Other classes I have taken through other companies offered equipment that clearly needed repair or a good washing. Karen was sure that all equipment was clean, in good repair, and she paid attention to the coffee/snack area to assure cleanliness there too. I was very pleased with my First Aid/CPR/AED class. Our instructor, Rhonda, was truly outstanding, and explained everything very precisely, yet with a touch of humor that made the class very interesting. She encouraged us to ask questions, and answered them knowledgeably. The hands-on approach is so helpful in learning! I have been wanting to take this class for a long time now, and am really happy that I chose Redwood City CPR Classes, and had such a great instructor. I would not hesitate to recommend this class to anyone who is interested in these lifesaving techniques. It was worth every penny!

I needed a local class so the location was great! I also appreciated the ability to cancel last minute as I have a very hectic life. Karen was a great instructor - she was precise and to the point, giving us the right amount of information to succeed! Se was also very friendly and thoughtful, allowing breaks when needed. The day was very pleasant and we finished in a timely manner.

The class was very good. It was hands on with lots of practice. The videos were short and to the point (the music was a bit much) Kaaren was nice, easy to speak with, answered every question with a smile, and kept everything moving.

Registration was quick and easy. I was able to sign up for and take a class within 2 weeks. Saturday classes are available. The instructor was prompt and kept things moving at a great pace. It was a great experience.

A wonderful and stress free CPR class. The facility was clean and bright. The site was easy to get to with plenty of free parking. It was convenient to have classes on a Sunday morning. Kaaren is a great instructor being very patient and informative. I will take your classes over our hospital's any day!

Signing up online was easy, and there was no monetary risk in doing do. Payment is accepted only in-person once you arrive, so you needn't worry if plans change and you can't make it to the class. The class is run very efficiently, with respect for the student's time. Much of the content delivery is video-based, but the most important lessons involve monitored hands-on practice: CPR, AED operation, bandages, use of an Epipen, etc.

I had a great experience with this class in comparison to the classes I took in the past years with different instructors. I give credit to A. J the instructor for making this a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable, informative and fun to be around. The necessary tools needed for the class was there, available and ready to use. A.J was very thorough with his discussions. I just loved the class. I also received my C.E. credits for renewing my licence. I would definitely take A.J.'s class again in two years for renewal. Thank you.

I enjoyed the class. I thought the instructor emphasized the important things and based his teachings on real world experience. That is key. Some CPR classes give you so much information, that you feel overwhelmed and in the end confused about what to do in an emergency. Great class

Thank you for a very informative class. We hope we never have to use the information but it will be priceless to have in case an emergency situation does present itself. I tend to go into panic mode if presented with a bad situation. If I have practiced ahead of time I can calm myself down with that knowledge. It is similar to briefly studying the exit routes at a hotel before turning in at night. When the alarm sounds (which it did during one of my stays) I know exactly where to go and can evacuate quickly.

The instructor Karen was very professional and fun, we had lots of practice time, and there were snacks, tea and coffee! I thought I wouldn't like it because of the length and repetition it requires, but it actually went by really fast, and I felt our time was nicely divided between lecture and practice. I got my CPR card on the spot. Great!

I would highly recommend Redwood City CPR Classes for CPR, AED and First Aid Training Certificates. Our instructor, JP, was informative, easy to talk to and work with, and extremely patient! The time went quickly and we learned so many skills that will come in handy in our lives. I went out and purchased a set of CPR Masks for my car and our first aid kit, as well as sent my kids all little key chain masks! I would love to purchase my own AED unit, but I am still researching that option. It feel good to know that we have the skills now to step in an assist someone in distress! I am a grand-mother-to-be and CPR, choking, and first aid lessons give you an added sense of safety if something were to happen. JP was awesome and I have already marked our calendar to renew our certificates in 2015! I loved that I left with our CPR cards that day! A little something to remind others that they need to be trained as well.

I was extremely satisfied with my CPR class that I recently took with your company. JP was a great instructor and made the time go by fast, very informative and overall was one of the better CPR classes tjat I've sat through. I have to be CPR/AED certified for my job at a fitness center in Redwood City so the location I went to on Woodside was very convenient! The course was well put together. There was plenty of parking. The course offered snacks and drinks throughout the course and the course itself was very quick and effective. We as a class were able to practice using very quality mannequins as well as infant mannequins.
