I've been renting cars from Regal for 2-3 years. The prices are the absolute lowest in the area and the service and reliability are over the top. Tom does a great job making sure his customers are thoroughly happy and Bob is always prompt and reliable. The cars are clean and well maintained. I wouldn't dream of renting from anyone else!

Tom was away getting married!!! Bob contacted us before we arrived in Ft. Myers to confirm he would be at the airport for us. He was friendly and prompt. Car was an older model but in good condition. Very clean and held all our luggage. Had plenty of room for four ladies and all our luggage. On return, Tom met us at the business and we arrived at airport in plenty of time for the flight. They loaded and unloaded our luggage (that was great!!). Cost was about half of what we would have paid at the airport. No hassle, great price and will certainly use next year!! Thanks guys!!

As all the other reviews stated, good reliable company. We were picked up on time at the airport, brought to the office to sign paperwork, and were on our way within 10 mins. The pricing also originally quoted was exactly what we were charged. We were even allowed to leave the car in the parking lot at RSW when we were leaving. The car I drove had 149K miles but it was fine for our needs. We drove it down to Marco Island and Naples and we had no issues. Would rent a car from Bob and Tom again, I have also recommended him to family.

I'm very happy to have rented from Regal Car Rental. Our flight to Fort Myers was delayed, so we ended up landing quite late in the evening. However Tom and Bob were very helpful, working out a solution so that we got our car quickly and easily. This is a very reliable and friendly company that I will use again.

While planning a trip to Marco Island for our family I could not believe the prices I was getting for rental cars on and off the airport in Fort Myers. I came across Regal on a google search. The cost of the vehicle that Tom quoted me was less than half. We rented a clean and dependable Ford Taurus that was a nice as any vehicle I have rented from the major car rental agencies in the past. Tom could not do enough for us right down to making sure we arrived at the airport on time for departure and even helped with the luggage. Next year when we plan our annual trip to Marco I will be calling Tom at Regal Car Rental again.

We recently rented a van from Regal Car rental and spent a week in SW Florida. The vehicle although an older model was quite reliable with awesome air conditioning and the price was much better than the big name companies. I found RCR by accident when I was looking at a google search map of car rental locations for Ft. Myers Beach. I was pleasantly surprised at the rate I was quoted. It was more than half the rate of the national car rental agencies. Picking up the car was easy, no lines, just walk to it and drive away. The car was not a 2013, but It was clean and got the job done. It was all I needed. Drop off was just a breeze. I have already told several patients about RCR. I will definitely rent from them again when I return to the area.

This is the second year that Tom and his staff have looked after our automotive needs. Tom`s great service in picking up and dropping us off at the airport makes the whole experience easy and customer focused. I rented a minivan for a month while vacationing in the area and everyone was very professional and the van was very affordable compared to national chains. The car was clean and reliable and I will definitely use them for future rentals and would recommend them to any one in the area.

I found my experience renting from Regal Car Rental to be am enjoybale expereince. Everything was exactly as they described. They worked with us to make it as easy as pie to pick up the car, despite the fact that it was a weekend evening. I found the company good enough to reccomend it to another party who was staying with us. Look forward to renting again next year

Clean, high mileage vehicles in excellent operating condition. Very helpful and polite employees. Picked up a nail in tire, brought it in for fix, given a different (and better) vehicle instead of waiting for tire repair. This place is all about customer service.

Great experience. We were picked up at the airport right on time. Minivan was great and even had a DVD player for the kids. Best of all, we had a VERY early return flight and were able to leave the car in short term parking for Regal to pick up later- this was great and unexpected...I had figured I'd have to drop it off the day prior and get a ride from family to the airport in the early AM. Needless to say, this was much more convenient. Plus the price was great- we go to Sanibel every year and will be booking again for sure.

First time we have used Regal Car Rental and glad we did. The cheapest price I could find for a month rental. The vehicle was clean and reliable with plenty of room for the two of us. Regal Car Rental was great, they were the easiest car rental company I have ever used!! Unlike the big companies their price is actually what they tell you its going to be. The advertised price is exactly the price you pay unless you have to pay for parking because you are coming in late or a Sunday. (they still told me exactly what that price was, only $16. extra) That was perfectly OK though because the big companies at the airport weren't even open for me to get a car at 10pm on a Sunday. They saved me over $300. for my week rental at Christmas time. The car wasn't perfect but it was perfect for me. It was very clean, decent all the way around the inside and out, reliable and I didn't have to worry about a little tiny scratch costing me lots of money. My experience with the big companies have been horrible in comparison to Regal!! I have rented from large chains quite a bit and have been charged $500. for an inch long scratch, I have had rude service and never been charged what I was quoted. I always have to count on paying $200-$300 more than what I was quoted when I set the rental up. Not with Regal, like I said I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone!! They were polite, very clear and easy to deal with. I will never use another rental company when I visit South West Florida!! Thanks a Bunch Tom and Kim!! I will definitely be seeing you guys again!!

We have been renting from Regal for 4 years and have only had positive experiences.They offer an excellent rental value vs the major airport car agencies.The cars are reliable ,clean and you can save a bunch of $$. Their pick up /drop off service is a great bonus. Try them , you won't be disappointed!

We really had a great experience with the car rental we picked it up at the airport and when our week was over we were delivered back to the Airport the car was the most reasonable price way lower than the big Car Rentals and Tom and Kim were Great we will use them again and again ..Barb and Scott

We rented a car from Regal Car Rental for a month when we went to Ft. Myers to visit our son. The car was clean and reliable and I only paid a fraction of the price I would have paid had I gone to one of the national companies. I can not imagine renting a car anywhere else while I'm in Southwest Florida. Oh! and Tom and Kim were great. Tom picked us up at the airport and loaded our luggage in the car as a part of their service.
