So first let me start off by saying I have an absolute major fear of the dentist. I ended up with a horrible experience when I was a kid and I’ve truly never gotten over it. That being said my children have been seeing Dr Richter and his amazing staff for years so I’m very familiar with them. They are excellent with both my kids, they take their time and explain everything to them which helps them feel at ease. I ended up having a bad toothache and was able to be seen right away...nerves aside I went in because I already put the pain off for over a month. They saw me and were very patient and kind with me. I’m very grateful for that. Anyways found out the pain is related to “grinding my teeth”. Doc treated the issue and I’m feeling so much better. Well after that I caved and made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned for the following day. I did not have any bad experience with any of these procedures and I’m very grateful that the staff and doc takes his time to help calm my nerves. He did several things that calmed my nerves and eased my stress. Anyways after all is said and done I DO and will continue to refer them. You will not be disappointed at all by seeing them. Thanks Doc and team I’m forever grateful for everything!

I consider myself extremely high maintenance and I will say I have gone from absolute terror of a dentist to comfort which I thought was impossible for me. Many friends have suggested I find someone closer but why would I possibly do that when they not only put up with me but I consider Dr Richter and his staffs friends not just professionals.

Dr. Richter, Tabitha, and Jodi are all professionals beyond what one would expect. Jodi identified an abnormality on a routine check up, which turned into a rather complex case. Dr. Richter collaborated with his dental team of endodontists and periodontists and came up with an amazing plan to save my tooth. He coordinated the care and treatment and I now have a healthy perfectly functional tooth. Thank you to everyone who made the care, comfort, and convenience absolutely perfect.

this was with fear and trembling i made an appointment. lets just say it's been a long time. i was so comfortable with jody (hygienist) and dr richter i can't even explain. i have been there twice now and so looking forward to being able to smile after a VERY long time...thank you!

We've been going to Dr. Richter for upwards of ten years. Great personalized care, congenial service, all in hospitable surroundings. What more can you ask! It's worth the hour-and-a-half drive every six months!

I felt a warm feeling as soon as I entered the office. Everyone was smiling and friendly. The technician spent a lot of time with me and made me comfortable in the chair while chatting and cleaning my teeth. Then Dr Richter entered, he was compassionate and funny. I am happy to have found my new dentist home.

I had the best experience ever at Richter Dental! All of their staff is friendly, polite and approachable. The dentist himself is awesome! He is kind, friendly and treats you like a person not just a number. If you are looking for a gentle dentist then Dr. Rector is for you. If you are an anxious/scared patient (like me) this is also a great place because he makes you feel at ease, comfortable and explains what he's doing. I just can't say enough good things about this place or the staff you will just have to come in and find out for yourself. I will definitely be going back!

I have been a patient of Dr Richter for 12 years and I highly recommend him. He is very personable and makes you feel at ease when having repairs. Dr Richter completed extensive work on my teeth over ten years ago. I was very pleased with the results and no problems to date. Give him a call, you will be very satisfied with his work.

From the moment you enter the office you will be greated by your name and told that you arrived for your appointment. Sometimes you have to stop talking so you open your mouth so they can start their job. You are always made to be comfortable, even with a warm washcloth which is nice. I have received a phone call the next day after a procedure by the Dr.to see how I was doing. My blood pressure is always lower there than when I go to my GP doctor. Your in good hands.

My wife and I have been very satisfied patients of Dr. Richter for almost 10 years. While dental care is never viewed as a "pleasant experience" by most, nevertheless, Dr. Richter and his staff have treated us as friends and have been both courteous and professional in all our dealing with them. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the office is spotless, and the care excellent. We have been very pleased.
