I would just like to say thank you. Very caring clinic with helpful staff that offer a quality service. I was having daily headaches and living on pain killers not knowing a problem with my spine was causing this. I was nervous about committing to visiting the clinic 3 times week as I had no idea how I would fit it in to my working week. It was the best thing I could have done I am now working so much more productively as I am feeling so much healthier. After the first week of treatment I have not had one headache or taken any pain killers I still cannot believe it. I was also suffering with what I thought was a dust allergy and taking tablets for this too which I have since stopped. I am very grateful the clinic was recommended to me.

The overall experience was A class by ridgeway and all the team. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The cost and value for money is really good and all the staff are always keen to help and go the extra mile to listen to your concerns. I initially visited ridgeway after suffering from hip and lower back problems, by going through the programme I was able to complete an ironman, this would not have been possible without the team at Ridgeway ! I would highly recommend anybody to visit this place

I'm an 83 year old Lady that has suffered with Cervical spondylosis for many years, which I was told is age-related ‘wear and tear’  to bones and tissues. The most common symptoms I experienced were neck pain, stiffness and headaches, it can trap nerves in the neck, leading to: pain radiating from the arms pins and needles in the arms and legs loss of feeling in your hands and legs loss of co-ordination and difficulty walking I was up & down to my GP and had exhausted all types of medication or suggestions I was recommended by a friend to The Ridgeway Medi Spa and I've not looked back! I've joined the 26 week care plan and at 14 weeks into the program I'm medication free. For the 1st time in 5 years I have found the confidence to walk without my stick & I even enjoy my trips to the Medi Gym!! :) Mark & Liam are always attentive & The Reception Team are so welcoming! When I contacted Ridgeway Medispa, I was in constant severe pain - again - from a trapped nerve in my neck. I was facing a 20 week wait for another period of treatment from a physiotherapist. I had a chiropractic appointment with Leam within days, at a time and date to suit me. After the first session of my treatment plan the pain was eased and after just a few treatments I became, and remained, completely pain-free. Continued treatment and an individualised routine of exercise (starting gently!)in Martin's hands is strengthening my neck and core muscles to ensure that as I continue going forward my posture improves and the problem never recurs. Everyone at Ridgeway is helpful and positive, and I have found the treatment extremely effective. I'm very thankful for the help and consideration I have had so far, and look forward to maintaining the health benefits going forward.

I contacted Ridgeway with lower back pain, which I have suffered from intermittently for a number of years. They were helpful and attentive and their insightful and clear diagnosis and review helped me understand the wider root causes of pain and discomfort. We agreed a treatment and gym plan and now, almost at the end of that plan, I can safely say I've never felt better. Not only in terms of the absence of pain and the sustained, improved movement, but in terms of understanding and managing my body to ensure I continue to build strength and avoid the root cause of some of the problems. I can now return to my hobbies of running and basketball, knowing how to ensure I stay fit and healthy and avoid injury. On top of that, the staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. Having suffered from Neck and Lower Back problems for a number of years caused by Sport I have in the past taken advice from Physiotherapists spent time in a Rehabilitation Centre which helped but never resolved the problem. I then turned Acupuncture and felt that I had found the answer. Earlier this year my Wife and I were on a Cruise and once again suffered from severe Back and Neck pain and turned to the onboard Acupuncturist to no avail. On return we went to France for a month and suffered constant pain. While on this trip I met some friends who had been treated at the Ridgeway Medispa who insisted that I book an appointment. On my return I did exactly that and booked the recommended programme which quite frankly I am amazed at the progress I have made in less than a month having arrived using 2 sticks and taking more strong analgesics than perhaps are healthy. Today I am about to start my 3rd week of treatment using no sticks and a considerable reduction in analgesics. I cannot thank the team enough for the care consideration and compassion I have received over the last couple of weeks and I would recommend the RIDGEWAY MEDISPA to anyone who is considering treatment.

After years of constant pain and immobility I was recommended the Ridgeway Medi Spa. I was struggling with back and knee problems and was unable to get to corner shop and back without a struggle. I was given a thorough exam and X-rays by Simon then invited back with my husband to discuss findings and treatment course. The Ridgeway give a very professional and friendly service so much so that I am now completely pain free and have just completely the 15k starlight walk for charity. I can honestly say that I feel I have been given my life back and will continue on the maintenance programme to make sure I stay this way. It has been worth every penny. We have so much faith in the Medi Spa my husband has just embarked on a course of treatment. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyway.

After reading how chiropractors can help with ear infections in children I took my 1 year old to see Rose. He had repeated antibiotics for several ear infections and the lack of sleep was getting exhausting for the whole family. Rose was brilliant with him, initially he was a bit apprehensive but now each visit will just lie back and relax!! He has been free of ear infections since the first few visits and we now just go once a month. After such amazing results I have been taking my older son who suffered with glue ear and had recently had his tonsils and adenoids out. After a few sessions his hearing has returned to normal no glue ear and no need for his hearing aid. They both seem to be really relaxed after and sleep extremely well. Everyone at the Ridgeway are so friendly and always fit our appointments in. Both boys love the toy area and have 5 mins play before seeing rose. Definitely the best thing I have done for them this year! Thanks Rose!

After suffering with back pain for years I can now get through the day in some comfort especially when driving, a necessity in my job. The added value to the course of treatment was the use of the Gym with support from Martin a great help and easy to continue at home, thanks to Simon and his team for all they have done would certainly recommend.

I'm a 36 year old lady that had a stroke at 34 and was left paralysed down my right side and had to start all over again with talking , walking and now trying to get my right hand back . I was in so much pain 18 mouths later that i could hardly walk and had head pains ,my Auntie recommended Ridgeway MediSpa . I made an appointment with Rose of which i haven't looked back ,i was put on a 28 weeks treatment plain including the Gym ,pulse a maintanance program monthly . I don't have the following as a result of her treatment , head pains , shooting pains down my legs , noises in my ears , acid reflux and generally feeling unwell . I'm a 59 year old Lady that suffers from Fibromyalgia,spine,neck and leg pain . Which found it impossible to stay in bed at night for the constant pain in my joints . Making me not fit for very much the following day . Leading a very unhappy life . Until my Friend told me about the Ridgeway Medi Spa. I made an appointment with Simon And haven't looked back. I've jointed a program of 28 weeks treatment with Gym included. With an Maintanance program monthly. My Fibromyalgia is under control due to the treatment I have received from Simon . Would like to Thank the team at the Ridgeway Medi Spa and hope anyone reading this that has Fibromyalgia. At last I get a good nights sleep without taking Tablets . No pain in legs, neck, and spine making my day more enjoyable Just have to know when to rest and not push yourself to over do it . Thanks again
