The staff at Dr. Malone's office is amazing. The quality of care they provide is excellent. Everyone is friendly and they really care about you. I have been going to Dr. Malone for many years and Kathy,Lisa and Stacey are wonderful. They have always been able to get me in even on an emergency basis. I could not recommend them more highly.

I found an ad on Facebook for a local dentist and thought I’d give them a call since I just moved to the area! Cathy and Lisa were both so patient with me while I gathered documents from my previous dentist and were very accommodating with my toddler when I came in for my examination! I’m sure no one invisions having to bring their toddler to any type of appointment and they made me feel very relaxed! I would recommend this Dentist office not only because I feel they truly care about my smile, but the customer service is excellent!

Finally went to the dentist where my sisters have been going for 20-30 years. Dr. Malone and the lady that took my x rays found an abscess on my back molar. Wow this thing has been going on for years. They sent me to a specialist for a root canal. After a couple days my overall health has improved unbelievable the infection was going right into my system without making my tooth hurt. Should have come to Dr. Malone and staff years ago. The lady doing the cleaning was awesome too. Dr. Malone on you first visit will inspect your whole mouth, head and neck to make sure everything is good. Lucky me!!

This was my first dentist appointment in two years and I was genuinely grateful to have gone to this office. They were kind, efficient, and thorough. They addressed my needs and each person was extremely nice. They cleaned my teeth thoroughly and I walked away with a brighter smile. I will absolutely be going back! You're in very good hands at Dr. Malone's office.

I found Dr. Malone through my insurance website. His office is conveniently located in Escondido, plenty of parking available. Office staff and hygenists are very friendly. It is also easy to get an appointment. Dr. Malone has a quiet and calm manner, and answers your questions very well. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Malone has been caring for my teeth regularly for about 2 decades; he does meticulous work. Although I am past 80 years old, he and his staff have always done what is necessary to maintain my dental health. His office staff has not changed much during all these years; it is reassuring to have the same dental assistants, and know that they remember you from visit to visit. If you want competent, friendly, personal care for your dental needs, I can highy recommend Dr. Malone.

Friendly, efficient and accommodating, these words describe our recent experience at Dr. Malone's office. We called with an urgent request to be seen and the welcoming front desk personnel immediately found an appointment for us. The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I would definitely recommend this office.

My family and I have been with Dr. Malone since 1984. My children were very young in the beginning. My poor two year old son had any issues with his teeth. Dr. Malone was wonderful with him. The first time Dr. Malone saw my four year old daughter, she bit him pretty hard. He was calm. He just nicely talked to her about why she scared. Gaveher a break. Then when he returned, he again talked to and did not continue any work until she was ready. My kids love him. In my youth I had bad experiences with dentists and thus became very afraid of dentists. After I had my first visit with Dr. Malone, my experience changed my fear of dentists. I have every dental procedure with Dr. Malone, except a root canal. He was always gentle and went out of his way to ensure my comfort during any procedure. I have never had to go back to Dr. Malone to correct any filled cavity, caps, etc. Going to Dr. Malone is like seeing a friend again. He very conscientious to completely listen to why I am at his office, without wearing his mask and in a sincere manner. This is followed with a look at the problem then explaining what needs to be done and asking how I feel about his diagnosis. His staff is also like seeing friends again. We have gotten to know each other. We like catching and joking around. He has had the same dental assistants throughout my time with Dr. Malone. I have had emergencies. The staff will try to get me in right away, even if means they stay a little after closing. I can't say enough about everyone at Dr. Malone's office!

Dr.Malone is an outstanding dentist and very nice. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I have been a loyal patient for over 20 years and have had the best care. The entire staff is pleasant and always provides the best experience possible. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Malone and his staff are all the best. And doing good dentistry is only part of it. They are all good people. That goes way farther than doing a cleaning, or fixing a toothache, or dealing with an old cavity. I think any proficient dentist could do those things. This practice makes each visit personal, caring and understanding. They take interest in your personal care, not just "drilling on that tooth". They make the appointments that work for me. With a busy and sometimes unpredictable work schedule, they find a way to make it work for me. Thanks Dr. Malone, Lisa, Taylor and everyone there. You make going to the dentist not such a bad thing after all!

Always a great experience. Staff is always friendly and they really know what they are doing. They have been really helpful in keeping me on track improving my overall teeth health.

Nice environment always very clean and smells good. The workers are lovely everyone is so nice definitely a great place to get your teeth cleaned.

Dr. Malone and his staff were attentive and gentle with my 95-year-old mother. I was very pleased to be invited into the examination room, as my mother is hard of hearing, and this made her feel comfortable. She was satisfied that her teeth were in good hands:-)

Dr. Malone has been my Dentist since 1998, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Most of the same staff are still there too! They all have been very professional in their work and very personable, treating me as family. The work they have done on my mouth has always been done with precision and efficiency, always making me feel comfortable. I leave each time with well-cared for teeth and as if I had just had a nice family visit. Dr Malone and his staff provide the best overall dental experience. Highly recommended!!

My Dental Hygienist Tracy is awesome. She takes her time and lets you know exactly what she will be doing on your teeth. The quality of care that I receive is great and everyone in that office is very friendly.
