I happened upon Rolling Ridge Dentistry due to my previous dentist having me wait 45 minutes for my appointment for a scheduled cleaning. Granted it never happened before, but after rushing to get there, on time I might add, from across town, it was time to find a provider closer to home. From the moment I walked through the front door, it had an upscale, modern feel. The front desk staff LeAndra and ZacK were warm and very welcoming. Unique performed my dental x-rays. She was wonderful. Danielle the hygienist was exceptional!!!!! She has had patients on oxygen. My mom will now be a patient. Gentle, yet thorough. I have multiple crowns with one that will need to be replaced soon. Offered fluoride treatment, which only kids get right? Wrong. This is the first time this has been offered as an adult. I did some research on it and turns out if you have crowns that are old, this helps remineralize teeth and helps make more resistant to decay along with hot and cold. My teeth feel stronger. Who knew. It is an out of pocket item that is well worth it. Love the late hours, open till 7pm. I look forward to my future visits being great as well.

Very clean and comfortable environment. I've had two teeth pulled and never walked out feeling worse than when I came in, the next day I have very minimum pain. The Dentist and all employees are always willing to work with you and very nice. I'm so thankful I find this Dentist Office.

Warm, friendly, professional staff starting the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Everyone from the front office, the technicians and Dr. Thomas are very attentive to your needs and it's very comforting that Dr. Thomas personally calls and checks up the following day to make sure everything is okay.

OMG! Dr.Thomas is the greatest dentist ever!!! His concern and effort to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of is the number one priority. Him and his staff are extremely friendly and make you feel relaxed and confident that you will be taken care of with extreme care. I have NEVER liked going to the dentist but now I make random stops to pay them a visit. Dr. Thomas straighten my crooked teeth and now I have a confident smile! Thanks Dr. Thomas and staff

I have been very pleased with Dr. Thomas and the staff at Rolling Ridge. We received a mailing from the group when they first opened and were interesting in making them our new dental practice. Life got in the way and we didn't go. Then I was in an accident and broke a tooth. I knew immediately who I was going to call. I got an appointment the next day for an exam and a treatment plan was put into motion for the day after that. There was never a delay, never concerns about insurance, no problems at all. The staff is excellent, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They are proactive in making sure I understand the payment options I have. Whenever I call during office hours the phone is answered quickly and professionally. Finally, like others, I ignored my dental health for far too long and ended up needing continued treatments for cavities and gum health after my accident work was finished. I never felt pressured or made to feel badly about my dental past...Dr. Thomas and his staff care about my present and future. Rolling Ridge has my business for as long as we live in Raleigh. Thank you all!

The atmosphere at Rolling Ridge is very welcoming and professional. The staff actually takes the time to get to you know as a person and can have a genuine conversation with you. At a child and through my adulthood, the "DENTIST" office has always created some sort of anxiety. The staff here made me feel comfortable and I can honestly say I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned and getting my wisdom teeth extracted. They are definitely worth each of the 5 stars I gave them and are highly recommended on my list!!!

Awesome service from beginning to end. Everyone was very nice and did a great job handling my little ones. Clinic is very clean and chic. Dr. Thomas was very knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything and eased any nervousness that I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was very apprehensive about my first visit at Rolling Ridge Dentistry as my experiences with other dental practices had been stressful and painful. The moment I walked in the door I was put at ease. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Then I moved on to Amber, the hygienist. She was professional, caring, and very attentive. She got me to relax while she worked, something I had not been able to do in the past. Amber told me exactly what to expect when Dr. Thomas met with me. This helped keep the anxiety at a minimal and helped me prepare questions I wanted to ask. Meeting Dr. Thomas was an awesome experience. He was kind, attentive, and caring about my total well being, not just my dental health. As it turned out, I did not have to ask any questions because Dr. Thomas provided all the information during our conversation. He was very knowledgeable, had state of the art equipment, and conducted himself in a professional but friendly and caring manner. This was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. The entire staff was great and they all worked hard to make the visit a pleasant experience, right down to providing a warm, scented wipe. Kudos to Dr. Thomas, Amber, and the entire team.

I had a very nice experience at rolling Ridge dentistry. The location was convenient. The facility was very modern and clean. There were televisions in the ceiling to watch while you were getting your teeth cleaned. The staff was very friendly and attentive.The dentist even called back to see how I was doing after my procedure.I would gladly recommend your facility to others.

I am so glad that I chose Rolling Ridge because it has been some time since I have been to the dentist and typically you experience a level of anxiety and discomfort when you go to the dentist but dr. Thomas possess the ability to have a very fun loving personality and he makes you feel comfortable and so does the staff so in turn the experience was like no other experience I have had while visiting the dentist in the past...and I do feel like dr thomas has a general concern for your well being and how you're treated while in his care

I was so pleased with the quality of care I received, as a new customer I felt comfortable, with the chair side manners of both Tiffany and Dr. Thomas. They explained everything they were doing, what I need to do going forward and discussed a long term plan for all my dental needs. This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at a dentist office. I would highly recommend them to an individual, or any family seeking a great dental care provider.

Rolling Ridge Dentistry truly deserved my glowing recommendation for anyone seeking a friendly, convenient, patient-focused practice. I'm typically tough to please but found this to be a thoroughly positive experience. Recently having been dissatisfied with issues at old practice, I was lucky enough to be referred to Rolling Ridge Dentistry and Dr. Thomas. Their entire staff made me feel valued beginning with the initial contact, and they took care to ensure my entire new patient experience was a positive one. I was specifically impressed with their incredibly flexible office hours, the state-of-the-art office and instruments, and how quickly and easily they brought me in and got me set up and out the door at my first visit. Their staff was exceptionally friendly, easy to work with, and made the transition seemless. I will be recommending their services to my family and friends with the highest marks. If you're on the hunt for a new practice, give Rolling Ridge a shot - you'll likely be as impressed as I was.

Open entering the Rolling Ridge Dentistry, myself and my kids were greeted by the young lady at the desk, the office was very clean and comfortable, the dental assistant's were very nice, and myself, and my kids, enjoyed the experience of coming to this dentist office, and having work done, and the Dentist was even better, he was very clear in explaining to us the findings, and solutions to our individual situations, he was very nice and professional, we will continue using him as our family Dentist.

I would like to share my personal experience about having a cavity filled at Rolling Ridge Dentistry in July of 2014. The office is clean and well decorated. The front desk personnel are welcoming, friendly and show a level of expertise in handling health insurance claims. The hygienist is extremely professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent care. Dr. Thomas has always been very forthright about any procedures and took special care to listen to me when I indicated I may need more time to allow the numbing agent to take effect. Anxiety levels generally run high when one knows that drilling must occur, but I have to say that they did everything necessary to minimize any discomfort and indeed, I felt absolutely none! It was by far the fastest, most effective and professional dental procedure I've ever had over the course of 40 years of dental work. I literally was so relaxed and not white-knuckled as I had been in the past seeing other dentists. Dr. Thomas is a true professional who takes the time to get to know his patients. His skills are evident in his patient satisfaction. I feel very comfortable under his care and will continue to return for future checkups.

I took my daughter to Rolling Ridge Dentistry. She had two cavities, and she's terrified of needles. Dr. Thomas filled both cavities without her even knowing she got a shot! She got to watch TV the whole time. She told me that all he did was numb her mouth and fill her cavities. Meanwhile, my other three children loved waiting in the lobby because they got to play computer games, watch TV, and play Wii.

Saw the flyer then reviewed the website. I liked how convenient the location and hours were. I was able to schedule a regular checkup/cleaning and filling during times that were convenient for me. The lobby was welcoming, but I didn't have to wait long before having conversations with the hygienist and Dr. Thomas. All procedures were explained well before performed/scheduled.

Visiting a Dentist office can be an experience that many people do not look forward to...I am sort of one of those people. It's something that I will put off until I can't put it off anymore. I had been looking for a Dentist with convenient hours, a good location, and gentle service. I received a mailer a few weeks ago from Rolling Ridge Dentistry. I was immediately intrigued because of the hours and location... Just the message overall. I scheduled an appointment and the positivity I felt through the mailer lasted until I walked out the door. The staff was overly accommodating. I got a 7 am appointment so I wouldn't have to leave work during the day. The Dentist was very knowledgable and patient as he explained the best options and ongoing dental plan. The technology they use is top notch making the experience more comfortable and inviting. Not to mention the beautiful calming decor that greets you when you walk through the door and throughout the office. Prices are reasonable and as I learned practical payment options are available. I would and have recommended Rolling a Ridge to anyone looking for a new or different dentist. I plan to move my sons dental care to this office as well. Thanks Rolling Ridge for an awesome experience.
