Dr. Booker and his staff are quite knowledgeable in their solutions to one’s dental needs! Their professionalism is evident through their excellent protocols for restorative dental care. The patient’s level of comfort during a procedure is paramount , and their concern is so genuine. Ashley at the front desk is so personable and so prompt when performing tasks from registration, making appointments tailored to fit one’s schedules and needs to literally walking one to his/her car if need be. Friendly and gentle hygienist is an expert at making your mouth feel and look vibrant. Dental technician is so receptive to one’s requests and needs during procedures. Very attentive and on target to provide pain free services. Dr. Booker is also responsive and dedicated to pain free sessions and provides some of the best smiles around our RoyalLakes neighborhood and the surrounding areas of Oakwood, Flowery Branch, Chestnut Mountain, and Southern Hall County!

I have been coming to Royal Lakes Dentistry for a few years now and I wouldn't choose any other office besides this one. When I first started coming here my teeth were nothing to brag about. They were yellow and had periodontal gum disease. I would have lost all my teeth if it wasnt for Dr. Booker and his team of experts. His hygienist is Alexis and she has been amazing since day one. Dr. Booker's quality of care is always worth the recognition. Today I got to walk out of the office with the best white smile I have ever had. I highly recommend this office. 5 stars all the way! Dr Booker and the team is the bomb. I’ve been coming to them for years now and now my family only uses them. Alexis is the hygienist that always works on me and she always takes great care of me! Jody at the front is amazing too! She rocks that head set like 90s Boys band . Love this crew.

I have been a patient of Dr. Booker for several years now. The front desk staff always makes me feel welcomed. Alexis is the bomb diggity! She does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and I am thankful that she puts up with my crazy dentist fears and makes me feel at ease. Dr. Booker is always kind, gentle and takes his time to educate me if I have an issue with my teeth (which thankfully, with regular cleanings and checkups, I haven’t had any)

In the past, I was very afraid of the dentist due to pain and discomfort from pervious dental visits. Royal Lakes staff was excellent and really made my dental visit very pleasant. I had to change dentists due to insurance and have had a very positive experience with Dr. Booker and his team. Dr. Booker is an effective communicator able to answer questions thoroughly but also at a level for me to understand (rather than be too "doctorish"). I have found them to be more concerned about the health of my teeth than my previous dentist and am thankful for that. In summary, "It's all good!"

Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. I always feel comfortable working with all of them because they are good listeners and really care about their patients. The medical advice is top notch. Dr Booker makes sure that I understand my options clearly and explains the pros and cons including long/short term values. Allison is also the best hygienist EVER!

Dr. Booker is an excellent dentist. He explains treatment options clearly and in great detail. Procedures are done in a timely, efficient, and pain-free manner, with great attention to detail. It's a friendly, efficient practice... and they take my insurance. One thing, this review website shows the Royal Lakes Dentistry address as being in Dacula, Ga 30019. It's actually in Flowery Branch, GA 30542. I should know, since I live a short distance from the office.

My Dad and I received wonderful care from the professionals at Royal Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. He had not been to the dentist in about 8 years, and he was very apprehensive about going to have his teeth cleaned. The staff was gentle and loving and non-judgmental and they made his time there so enjoyable. Jodi discovered that my fathers insurance was better than he had originally thought. I am looking forward to going back to visit Alexis, the hygienist and Dr Reginald Booker because they take so much time to explain things where it makes you want to take good care of your teeth. Hey, I am now flossing every night !!!

The entire staff treats everyone as a good friend. When you walk in the door they know you by name and treat you like you are their only patient. Dr. Booker a great dentist! He explains in layman terms what needs to be done. His team is very caring and follows well his leadership.

There are many things I can say about Dr. Booker and his team. But the most important is the amount of compassion they have. I no longer go in with anxiety. It's just another visit. They are understanding of my blood fobia and do everything they can to make it easier on me. I have had so many dental issues for so long but they are truly changing my life. My husband checked out Dr. Booker when he first opened his Flowery Branch office in 2010 and had nothing but good things to say. I gave him a try 12 months later and we've both been fans ever since. I find the Royal Lake Dental Group to be extremely professional.From the insurance coordinator, the dental hygienist, the dental assistants, and last the doctor himself,Dr. Booker, the group are well educated and perform as a well organized group. When you arrive and check in the wait is vertually non-existent. I have never had to wait more than 1 minute past my scheduled time. The folks are friendly, courteous,efficient, but most importantly genuinely interested in you and your well being. My teeth were a mess, the group as a whole went above and beyond the norm and helped repair and give me the best result I could have ever imagined. They coordinated with my insurance carrier to insure my costs were at the minimal to me. I still am amazed at how much work and care I received at such a low price. They are my dental group for life. Dr. Booker and his staff made my wife and I feel very comfortable the moment we walked in! They also contacted our insurance and gave us the prices of prodedures so there wasn't any surprises on prices. My wife had weekly procedures done between 32 weeks and 38 weeks pregnant and she always felt comfortable and we'll taken care of, as did I! They also have great deals for those without insurance! I highly recommend this practice!

I recently came in for a teeth cleaning and was advised by your staff that I had two cavities in two of my 12 year molars. I then scheduled an appointment for the fillings and came in on that date. The procedure, which I was told would only take about 45 minutes literaly took 45 minutes. In the past at other offices I was told an amount of time but went way over. Also you guys rock for setting an apointment time and getting me in on that time! I have gone to other offices and waited 15 minutes and somethimes longer after the time I was given to be there. Your staff is friendly and explain everythng I have a question about. Lastly the taking pictures of our teeth so we can see what your talking about is a big help for me. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Booker & his staff are always very friendly & professional. You will not get any better quality of care than at this office. For those that are terrified of dentist as I am, he makes sure you feel no pain before he begins work. I feel very comfortable while Dr. Booker is performing work needed.
