I manage and lease commercial property. One of the most crucial vendors to me is my roofing team. When a roof has a leak, it greatly and negatively impacts the tenant. I need someone I know will be responsive, prompt, professional, and skilled. In any business, the person who is the initial point of customer contact is of paramount importance. RTN has a fantastic one in Crystal. Not only is she polite, professional, and in possession of a fantastic sense of humor; she displays remarkable poise under duress, she is as capable as they come, and Crystal shepherds every project from beginning to end. I am always kept in the loop, and she has worked miracles to ensure my tenants are taken care of. She is an incredible asset to the company. I know I am in great hands with RTN, and in turn, that makes my job easier. I highly recommend RTN Roofing.

Working with RTN roofing was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I am a commercial building owner that deals with sub-contractors frequently. I rarely receive this level of service. When one of my buildings had a leaky roof, RTN managed to work me in despite their booked schedule. Their office staff kept in close contact with me, supplied a detailed report and followed up after the work was finished. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would first like to say that this was a painless and very easy process to reach a common goal. "To get our roof fixed".......We are a small business/company and have not had the best luck or service in the past. RTN Roofing was prompt, professional, and courteous. Before contacting RTN we called a few other companies and I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and unwillingness to even commit to an appointment. I felt like I have never had to work so hard to give a company my money. So with that being said we are now loyal customers of RTN Roofing Specialist.

RTN Roofing - During the July 2016 hail storm that passed through our area, we were so happy to have your company available to help us right from the first notice when your service people came and assessed the problem and immediately sent us a statement of what was needed. We were worried it couldn't be done before the cold weather set in, BUT, your professional company worked our project into your already scheduled projects and made many attempts to complete it asap. We cannot thank, Jeff, enough for representing your company in a professional way, answering our questions and keeping us informed as to your schedule so we knew what was happening - thanks, Jeff and staff who took care of this project to completion. We had 2 areas of roof repaired by RTN, and there team did such a good job with the repairs. All the guys were very friendly and understood some of the concern that I had on safety. The Forman was very clear on the steps they were going to take so that they would not fall off the roof during the repair. I have worked with Jeff on many of new roof installations, and roof repairs to our facility. I have found that RTN is the best roofing company around and is there for me when I have an emergency repair call.

The building of the Fort Collins Chinese Evangelical Free Church was in bad shape for quite some time because it leaked badly. The roof was still the original roof built in 1987. Although numerous repairs have been made during the years, because of overall condition of the roof, the leak never got totally fixed. Last year, we found that even some of the roof deck was so rusty that they needed to be replaced as well. We contacted several contractors and each of them provided different solutions with large differences in cost. We selected RTN because their solution not only was at a lower cost but they can replace all the bad roof deck as well. Some contractors want to bid the roof deck repair separately from the new roof and that adds a lot of uncertainties not only in cost but also in time line. On the other hand, RTN gave us a clean estimate for everything and the recommendations I got from their earlier clients also added the weight that RTN should be our best choice. Now that the work has been done, I am very impressed with their workmanship and the quality of their work. They are also very considerate and consistent with their timelines as well. All the work was done expeditiously in about 10 days. During that repair period, I got daily progress every morning. I had several chances talking to the crew, they were very professional and courteous and addressed all my concerns along the way. They replaced all the rotten roof decks as they could see which really gave me peace of mind. Just last weekend, it rained heavily, and surely there was no more leak. With the good materials and the workmanship I do believe the new roof will last a long time. Thank you, RTN and the team. Ming

I would like to send a thank you to RTN roofing for the way they respected our needs here at Bear Creek Church. Your personnel were very professional, well informed and extremely confident on the Weatherstar product we selected for our building. They were able to complete the application in a timely manner and more than willing to address any concerns that we had. I was personaly grateful on how clean the worksite and surrounding areas were kept. Thier status updates and pictures were very informative and helped answer any questions that came up during the process. Harmony Presbyterian Church was in bad need of major repairs on our flat roof when we hired RTN Roofing. We evaluated proposals from five local contractors and selected RTN Roofing to do our repairs on the basis of quality of proposal and verbal presentation, reputation of the Duro-Last product involved, company warranty, and feedback from their local references. Although they were not the lowest bidder for our project, we concluded their work represented the best value. Now, two years after the roof installation, we have encountered no defects in the product or their work. We found RTN's management and installation crew to be outstanding in their professionalism and service, including accurate representations of product and work, detailed progress communications, cleanliness of work space, adherence to schedule, and attention to installation details. They also demonstrated excellent customer service in conducting a damage inspection following a major hail storm about a year after the installation. The Duro-Last roof was not damaged by the hail although the adjacent shingled roof was destroyed.
