From the moment I arrived for my appointment until I left the office, everyone I encountered was friendly, efficient and professional. I'm a bit of a 'coward' when it comes to having dental work done, but Dr. Donovan and his staff made me feel as comfortable as possible. This has not always been my experience. Dr. Donovan called me that evening to see how I was doing--he is very compassionate and I highly recommend him to any other cowards out there!

If you are in need of periodontal work, I highly recommend Dr. Donovan. I was referred to him by my regular dentist and was extremely pleased with his expertise, professionalism and understanding while I was a patient. The staff are kind and friendly and very knowledgeable, whether it be in detailing a procedure or explaining the coverage of your insurance. This was my first time to Dr. Donovan's office it was clean and comfortable , The staff very polite , helpful and knowledgeable of my insurance type . The doctor's assistant was so knowledgeable of the doctors notes given to her I was very impressed by her . And Dr. Donovan is a young smart outstanding Doctor Who is very patient ,thorough and knowledgeable of the type of work I need to have done he explains everything slowly so that you can understand he gives you time to ask questions of anythings that you don't understand , I felt so comfortable in his office and I definitely will be recommending him to friends and family and will be returning for what he recommend for me . I found Dr. Donovan to be both professional and kind. He really took the time to answer all my questions about the procedures I needed, and what options I would have, in a very thorough and straightforward manner. This helped me feel very confident in the decision to have two dental implants, and I am totally pleased with the result. I was referred to Dr. Donovan by my dentist and will be forever grateful to her. I was very pleased with Dr. Donovan and his staff. It started at the front desk with Susan by doing her best to schedule my appointments to my conveinence. Susan also was very helpful and knowledgable with insurance management and making me feel at home. The day of my appointment I appreciated the promptness of my appointment and the professionalism I experienced with Dr. Donovan and his assitant, Brittany. He addressed my concerns and after a complete exam offered a plan and solution to my problem. My next visit I was again greeted by Susan who put me at ease right away. I was then promptly introduced to Jennifer the hygentist. She was very pleasant and I must say that I have never had numbing shots that were as painless as hers. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me of any concerns that I expressed. So to sum it all Dr. Donavan and his staff have it all. Caring, ease of scheduling, promptness and professionalism not only by him but his staff made my choice to go there a great one.

Had Jan today for root scaling and was nervous about the numbing shots. She was the most light handed and gentle person I have experienced with the shots. She also has a caring personality...and I felt NO pain!

It was suggested that I consider a crown lengthening procedure to replace a poorly prepared tooth that repeatedly had the existing crown come off. I agreed and accepted the referral to Dr. Ryan Donovan. I had experienced periodontal procedures in the past in two other states and I must admit, I was apprehensive but from the first visit for an initial exam to the actual procedure that surpassed my expectations ... Dr. Donovan is a compassionate, highly qualified Periodontist and my surgery stands for itself. He kept me comfortable and well informed during the procedure and even took time out of his evening to check up on me to see how I was doing ... and to my amazement ... I had no discomfort and consequently did not have the need for any recommendations for pain medication. If anyone has any issues that require the possible assistance of a Periodontist .. I highly recommend your consideration of that of Dr. Ryan Donovan (& his AMAZING staff .. beginning at the front desk and all of his compassionate & qualified assistants).

This office and staff are wonderful. When you first walk through the door you feel welcomed. I had a procedure done with Jen. She explained everything in detail which made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Donovan is very professional, asks if you have any questions, explained the procedures that needed to be done and is extremely polite. The office is very easy to find and to get in and out of. I highly recommend this Periodontist practice.

This has been my only experience with the implant procedure, and up to this point, all the time spent in the dental chair has been stress-free and comfortable. Dr. Ryan J. Donovan and his staff are all very professional, proficient and seem genuinely concerned about my well-being.
