learning is great...skills development is easy since there is a chance to practice immediately after the video-based lecture in every topic/sub-topics...the birth of knowledge and skills is not painful.....it is enjoyable with an approachable trainer(Kaaren)....she is excellent and an expert....

I took my BLS HCP course last Friday with Kaaren. She is a fantastic instructor. I very much enjoyed her no-nonsense yet lighthearted approach to moving through the course. Her paramedic experience was very evident, and she would tap that wealth of knowledge and experience to fill out the curriculum in a relevant and accessible way. She was watchful and would tactfully correct improper technique and I feel that the entire class was prepared to properly use the skills she taught. I think this was one of the best, if not the best, CPR courses I have ever attended in my 8 years working in EMS. Thanks Kaaren!

It was my second time to get a CPR Certificate and it was so full of information that 5 hours didn't feel like 5 hours. Kaaren was so attentive and full of useful information. Better CPR card than what I got 2 years ago. I love the key chain mask, it's handy! Thank you!!

I arrived and was greeted promptly. The process from beginning to end was flawless. I have to admit, I was dreading spending my afternoon doing chest compressions and blowing into a mannequin. However Kaarens positive and upbeat attitude made things go smoothly. She was very thorough and easy to understand. I highly recommend this course!

it was the best cpr training so far for me. there were so many participants but i managed to learn the important aspects of the subject. i wish they could lower the rate though.

My experience could not have gone better. I needed to become certified because I am a Baseball coach in the area and was not looking forward to the process. However, this course was very fun and interactive. The instructor on my date was funny, energetic, very knowledgable, and accessible. When I get recertified I will always return to this program.

I really enjoyed the class because the young men made it interesting, informative and fun. The class was kept on schedule, and the time passed quickly. Most of all the class gave me my confidence again, to perform CPR if there was a real emergency requiring CPR. Thank you!

The whole process was effortless from signing up for the class to getting certified. I felt empowered to be able to save a life and very grateful for the instructor's wisdom and careful attention to detail. Kaaren was very much engaged through the class. She corrected as needed and was warm and friendly. I will look no farther to get certified, when I renew my certificate.

My experience with the san jose safety training seminars was excellent the instructor AJ was great I was a previous CPR card holder but this was my first time with the american heart association and my over all experience was great I would recommend anyone to take a CPR for Health care provider class with AHA safety training seminars. I also like that you get the card on the same day after completing the requirements needed to pass.

I have wanted to take a CPR class for many years and just never took the time. I learned a lot of new information and skills. It was an excellent class and I now feel that I could be more effective if an emergency situation occurred. Prior to this I would have had no clue as to what to do. I highly recommend it for everyone!

I Enjoyed taking the class.I was a little nervouse cuz I dnt like big crowds of people.There where about 7of us in the class so i never felt intimated.And the instructor AJ was great instructor. I regret not taking the class sooner.

I loved that I paid when I came to the class. I loved that there were many options of classes offered in the month I needed to renew and that they were offered at time I could do without missing work or my children's activities. I loved that I received the card at the end of the class. The snacks & coffee were a special treat! The instructor (Kaaren) was GREATand the flow of the class made it easy to remember. Out of all the CPR classes I have taken (and I have taken A LOT) this was by far the best experience I have had. Recommend HIGHLY!
