Dr Saylor and his staff have cared for my (3) children, (2) of my neices, and now me. I completely trust Dr Saylor and his staff. Dr Saylor is thorough, conscientiuos, and a true professional. He has always taken the time necessary to answer my questions, and explain his course of treatment. I might have been one of his more difficult patients, as I was being treated to correct my bite, rather than for cosmetic improement, At each visit I would try to explian how my teeth were meeting from the inside. He always listened patiently and gave me idividual attention even when the duration of treatment took longer than initially expected. I always looked forward to my apointments, because the atmosphere at Dr Saylor's office is so positive. From the beginning consultation with Suzanne, to scheduling appointments with Val or Dawn, to routine adjustments with the assistants in the patient care room.with Sonnie, Sara,or Daniella, everyone that I interacted with was always cheerful,kind, and had a terrific disposition. I can honestly say that I will miss coming in for appointments because I have come to know and really appreciate Dr Saylor and his wonderful staff. I am completely satisfied with the treatment that Dr Saylor and staff have given me. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing orthodontic care.

Great experience working with Saylor Murphy Orthodontics for my son's braces. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. I feel the quality of care given by Dr. Saylor is excellent and he genuinely cared about doing the best job. Everything turned out great and we were so pleased with the entire process!

We could not be happier with our experience at Saylor and Murphy Orthodontics. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always manage to squeeze us in to deal with a broken bracket or pokey wire. Dr. Saylor is genuine and very thoughtful in the care of his patients. Their location in downtown Glen Ellyn is fantastic for high school students who can walk over from GBW at lunch or after school for their appointments--very convenient for kids and parents. We highly recommend them.
