I have always had the most pleasant experiences at Dr. Altenbach's. I appreciate him talking me through procedures so I know what is going on as I am having work done on my mouth. He invests time in getting to know his patients which is a huge plus for me! Love it there.

All of my experiences with Dr. Altenbach and his office staff have been nothing but great! I have had a couple of dental procedures completed at the office and each one of them has been pleasant! Dr. Altenbach makes sure you understand what steps he is completing during the entire procedure from start to finish. He also makes sure you are comfortable while in the dentist chair. He and his office staff have always treated me with respect and given me great dental care. If you are looking for a dentist, I definitely recommend Dr. Altenbach!

The process of my cleaning was diligent and in a timely manner. Being still partly dependent on my parents part for my dental plan and dealing with paper work, it was very easy for me to walk into this friendly atmospheric office and get seated for my routine cleaning. I genuinely felt the staff cared about my oral hygiene. All the staff answered any questions or concerns I had while addressing anything that needed to be that I didn't ask.

My recent experience was to have a cap put on my back tooth. The best part was the result. I can not tell the difference between the original tooth and my new cap. The staff made sure I was confortable during the whole procedure and educated me on the care of my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr Altenbach and his staff.

The office staff and the dental staff are very professional and they are very personable. Dr. Altenbach is very knowledgeable and skilled. Every procedure is explained and completed in and efficient yet gentle way. From the beginning until the end of each visit I am made to feel as if, as a patient, I am their only focus. I drive an hour to get to Dr. Altenbach's office for an appointment and it is worth it!

Going to the Dentist is not my "most" favorite thing to do, but, going to a Dentist that knows about my fears and anxiety is the reason for my five star rating. Dr. Altenbach and ALL HIS STAFF are so professional and friendly. The "at ease" feeling begins with the receptionist and moves through the whole office. I really appreciated Dr. Altenback's phone call during the evening,just to check up on me, after my two hour visit.

Dr. Altenbach and his staff are excellent! As someone that feared going to the dentist as a child I am completely comfortable in his chair. He and his assistant, Becca, make it a point to always tell me what is going on so that I do not become anxious. Betty, at the front desk, can always work around my crazy schedule as a working mom with three children and makes scheduling seamless. My hygienist, Julie, always has a welcoming smile and I leave her chair confident that my teeth look their best. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Altenbach to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Having had experience as a dental assistant myself for many years, I was faced with finding a new dentist after my former dentist retired. I am happy to say Dr. Altenbach is my answer. I have been a patient of this practice since the mid 70s. Like many people, I was phobic about dentists but, I have become totally comfortable over the years. Dr. Altenbach is holding up the tradition of an excellent practice. I strongly recommend him and his staff. They are not only professional but also make you feel like "family". They are truly concerned about their patients. I never thought I would see the day that I would be able to sit back in the dentist chair without any anxiety or fear (or medication) but, I honestly can say I have reached that point and I owe it all to the wonderful people in this practice. In today's words... "These folks are Da Bomb!"

I had been going to the former dentist since 1978 and was rather hesitant. I soon found out I had nothing to worry about. I have had excellent care from Dr. Altenbach since he took over the dental practice. He is very kind, gentle, and caring, and I like the fact that he explains the procedures before he begins. He has a great staff. I highly recommend Dr. Altenbach.
