The staff is always warm and welcoming, but at the same time very professional. I have experienced little to no wait time for my appointments. Maggie is wonderful--she always offers advice about ways to keep my teeth and mouth in good condition. Both doctors are friendly and competent. If I didn't believe this, I would go elsewhere for dental care.

Very good experience. Everyone in the office was very friendly and efficient. This was my first visit but I was quite satisfied with the service and information I received from Dr. Michael and Megan, my dental technician. The staff at the front desk was very helpful as well.

My experience at S.F.D. was amazing today. Everyone was knowledgeable and precise in there work. They made me feel very comfortable and helpful about everything. They explain everything. Everyone was friendly and great to be around. Very enjoyable trip to the dentist ever. Thank you, Craig.

Shirer Family Dentistry is the best dentist I've been to since moving to the Aiken area! I broke my tooth and needed to find a dentist asap! I called Shirer and they saw me that same day. They were extremely friendly and made me feel like I had been a patient for years. The quality of care they showed was top notch and made sure I was always comfortable and never in any pain. Since then I brought my 3 year old in for her first dentist visit and she loved it. They made her feel at ease and so important! I would definitely recommend Shirer Family Dentistry to anyone!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH SHIRER FAMILY DENTNISTY REALLY WAS ONE OF FINDING "HOME" . I WAS MADE TO FEEL AT HOME BY EVERYONE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH FROM THE MOMENT I MADE A CALL TO ENTERING THE RECEPTION AREA. THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT VERY FRIENDLEY. I FOUND THE THE HYGIENIST MAGGIE TO BE SWEET, KNOWLEDGABLE AND VERY THROUGH . WHEN I MET DR SUSANNAH SHIRER I KNEW I HAD CAME TO THE RIGHT PLACE. SHE TOLD ME EXACTLEY WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE FOR MY SITUATION AND EVEN CONCIDERED COST SO THAT I MAY MAKE AN EDUCATED DECISION . I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING ONE OF THE FAMILY THERE . STRESS FREE ENVIRONMENT PLUS THEY ARE ALL TEAM PLAYERS HELPING ONE ANOTHER . THANK YOU SHIRER FAMILY DENTISTRY FOR A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Sheila and I are very happy with Shirer Family Dentistry. Awesome staff. Sheila and I were looking for a Dentist that offered comprehensive Dentistry services when your pamphlet came in the mail. Through prayer, an appointment and meeting all of you we found our family Dentists. Thank you for your kindness, friendliness, comfort and quality of care. It's nice having a dental cleaning without having my mouth sore afterwards. The hygienist had a great touch. I certainly appreciated having the ex-rays shown on a screen and explained to me. I was able able to set up my next checkup before I even left the room. She and the doctor answered all my questions. Everyone was very pleasant.
