Shoe Orthodontics is not just the orthodontics office you wish for your kids, but the kind of place you wish was around when *you* had braces! We have had a wonderful experience from the start with our oldest child - and we know we’ll be in good hands when our younger three kids take their turns. The office itself is cool, sleek, and clean - I just wish it were even bigger! Everyone greets you with a smile and has been so accommodating. Dr. Shoe and his staff are complete professionals and came highly recommended by our pediatric dentist. We love to see how Dr. Shoe treats his team - they all seem like they want to be there...and who wouldn’t?! He is kind, patient, and interested in his patients. They tell you everything they are doing and work hard to make kids feel comfortable. We are so impressed with his patient education and even working out financing has been efficient and pleasant. But the really special thing about this office is how involved they are in the community. Their charity work is amazing and we just love how they reward patients and families with loads of perks!

Your care is very well done. I am always happy when I get done with my appointment because the quality of care is excellent. My teeth always feel very comfortable and I’m in room for less then 15 minutes!

From the moment we first stepped into Shoe Orthodontics we have been exceedingly satisfied with our experience there. Our family has been cared for with the highest levels of respect and professionalism, and the quality of their orthodontic care has been exceptional. Shoe Orthodontics is a welcoming, fun team of professionals who have a natural way of building an amazing rapport with both parents and thier children. The receptionists are always smiling and happy to greet you. The check in and check out process is smooth and simple. The hygentists are knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. You can tell that they love their jobs. And Dr. Shoe is in a league of his own when it comes to orthodontists. He is gentle, fun, and personable and makes real connections with his patients. Comfort is a high priority and he is always making sure that his patients are at ease and not in pain. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain each step along the way. He always makes sure that we feel important and respected. There is no pressure to rush and he takes as much time as needed with his patients. Dr. Shoe is amazing! Scheduling appointments has always been a breeze. The office has always been able to accommodate our busy schedule. We have never had a long wait in the waiting room either. The appointments flow so smoothly. The environment of Shoe Orthodontics is also notable. The entire office space is clean, clutter free, and organized. It is modern and light and inviting, and seems to have the latest in technologies. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shoe Orthodontics to any family in need of orthodontic care. You will not be disappointed. Our child actually looks forward to his orthodontics apppointments and he doesn’t even mind the hour and a half round trip drive from our home to get there. The smile on his face as we leave after each visit proves it’s the best place to be!

The staff always takes the time to answer our questions and to thoroughly explain the treatment plan. They are always patient and respectful to my son.

Dr. Shoe and his team are so friendly and wonderful with my kids. Dr. Shoe always explains what he's doing or will need to do and is honest about what's happening. I definitely trust my three children in his care. The office staff is also wonderful and help as much as they can to schedule around our busy schedules. I love how they participate with charities. My children (and I) were a little nervous when we were referred to an orthodontist; however, we were put at ease the minute we stepped into Dr. Shoe's office! The entire staff is very welcoming and you can tell that they love their job. I like how everything was explained to us in great detail from the beginning, even in terms for my youngest child to understand. We will definitely recommend this office to others! The kids have greatly enjoyed the fun activities that they can participate in at the office. In fact, they recently won a new Xbox from the referral drawing! I had a great experience at Dr. Shoe’s office. I was able to make my appointments to fit my schedule. The office is beautiful,clean, and updated with the best technology available.

Everyone at Shoe Orthodontics has been great. They are very kind and calm with Javier (he has autism). They are very patient with him. You have also allowed us to come in basically daily through the week to turn his expander, and I really appreciate that! Thank you!!!

We absolutely love going to Shoe Orthodontics. Every step, every need, every question is explained and answered in a way we understand. We always feel at home and welcomed with such kindness from everyone. Kindness goes such a long way! They are very flexible with appointment times and trying to fit in multiple appointments, and very flexible with payment options, which is a awesome especially with multiples! Good afternoon! Put all of the worries, nerves and stress aside! You walk into this immaculate, bright, new office and are greeted and taken care of immediately! I have never felt more comfortable and at home at an appointment until now! Ms. Faye took care of all my needs with making sure I was comfortable with all my screenings to asking if she could get me anything! She was so friendly and made sure I knew every step she was doing/going to do and why. She explained everything so well and with purpose! My appointment with Dr. Shoe was amazing! He really listened to my questions and concerns and addressed everything in entirety! He eased my mind and let me know they will go through the process with me! Ms. Jessie is the sweetest thing! She went over all of the financial information in great detail and made sure I understood how everything would work. They are very flexible with the payment plan and let me decide what was best for me and my budget, which was very comforting. The whole experience was fantastic! Dr. Shoe and his staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I am so glad they are taking me on as a patient! I look forward to seeing them every 3 months!! My family and I LOVE F & S Orthodontics. Our initial visit ended with us smiling and excited to start treatment. All of our questions and concerns were addressed very thoroughly and respectfully. My kids actually look forward to their appointments at F & S...usually they dread going to Drs offices, but at F & S we are treated more like family friends than patients!

The entire staff is caring and professional. My daughter very comfortable here. She loves that she can earn rewards. Dr. Shoe explained everything very well. My daughter is actually excited to get things started. The kid friendly atmosphere is a huge help to help her feel comfortable.

We really enjoy our dental experiences at F&S Orthodontics. Dr. Shoe is fun, friendly and relates very well to our children (7 &9). The waiting room is also perfect for the littler ones. The office and their staff are very engaging and always have fun challenges to participate in, as well as a fun and inviting environment. We also enjoy seeing them about the community with their various ways of support and involvement.

Very good helpful and ease u into things

I have been going to F&S for my orthodontic care for about three years. My family and I absolutely love it there. Every single member of the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. There are always fun contests and a rewards system to earn points towards gift cards. I look forward to going to the orthodontist every time, and am never anything but extremely pleased! I would recommend F&S to anyone looking for orthodontic or periodontic care.
