What can I say about Dr. Simons and Dr. Lowe........the BEST orthodontist in the world. My son has been going to them for 10 years now and just got his braces off. He looks amazing!!!!!!!!! The amount of work that they had to do was quite a bit and the results are breathtaking! The office staff and assistants are absolutely wonderful. They are so nice, caring, and personable. In the 10 years that we have been going there, we have not had ANY bad experiences with anyone or anything there. I don't know what else to say except that I am thankful that we found them!!!

All 3 of our sons received orthodontic services from Dr. Simons and the service for all was excellent. Our dentist referred our oldest son and even though there were orthodontists closer to home in Ballard we chose to go with our dentist recommendation AND stayed for the other 2 boys because the service was so great. It has been a great 8 or so years! Everyone there is friendly and awesome. Great service!!

We came to Dr. Simons with a unique situation to confront. Working together, he designed a treatment plan incorporating two other treatment providers and national review and collaboration, to provide not only a smile for a lifetime, but also the long term oral health. We are so grateful for Dr. Simon' calming and confident chair-side manner. Dr. Simons' treatment plan saved and beautifully aligned two teeth which a prior orthodontist recommended having extracted. This was very important to us as parents and our daughter. The entire team approach with the staff was exemplary. Thank you so very much!

The care (and I mean care in the finest sense) from the great team of professionals at Simons and Lowe is superlative. The time and attention to detail not only of technical things but how the patient and family members feel is something that I've not seen in many decades of visiting medical/dental offices! Your entire team is top notch when it comes to everything! No detail is forgotten. Your expertise and ability to know exactly how long it will take to complete the process has been spot on for both of my children. I also appreciate that they have only had to have their braces put on one time. So many times you see children have braces on and off, only to find out they need them again several years down the road. Thanks for taking care of both by children over the years :)

Excellent experience with Drs Simon and Low. We have seen more than 10 orthodontists before we found Drs Simon and Lowe. We chose them because they are the only one to do the treatment without pulling teeth.Finally proved they did great job. We really appreciate!

You all have been so AWESOME and patient with Amber because she is so sensitive and has fears in the dentist chair since her gum graph's. You explain everything very well to us, the results are amazing. Quote from Amber when she got them off on Tuesday "Mom, they showed me how my teeth started off from that mold and how they are now. I didn't realized how crooked they were". It was not for beauty or appearance for her, and she finally got it. The bite, the results, amazing, I can;t thank you all enough! She trusted you, she can adjust to the invisalign and really didn't want the metal one. Freaked her out for some reason. You all made the process easy even when it was painful. Your gals up front and in the back are great as well. I will recommend you highly, just did yesterday to a gal at work. She will see you in 9 weeks.

Since the moment I stepped into Dr. Simons and Dr. Lowe's practice I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Appointments were efficient, informative and very convenient. The staff... well what can I say. They were fantastic, friendly and always smiling. As for the results... well worth it. I'm very happy with their work overall and the enjoyable atomosphere they provide. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have orthodontic work done.

I really appreciate the treatment, organization and the easy yet professional communication with all of the staff. I would highly recommend Simons / Lowe Orthodontics to anyone interested in working with a great group for orthodontic treatment. Everyone in this office provided stellar service. For the first time in 15 years I can finally close my mouth without my teeth sliding into an awkward bite. I am very happy with my results. I could have seen a closer, much more local orthodontist office, but I am glad that I was referred to Dr. Simons and Dr. Lowe - they were worth the drive and my time.

We loved our experience with Dr. Lowe and the whole staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. They help the kids be responsible for their own oral care from check-in to directions for care, etc. and yet the parents are obviously included everyone step of the way. Even when our son was having unrelated dental issues, they worked with us to coordinate his ortho care in conjunction with the dental care. They were VERY helpful. We are so grateful for such a positive experience and his beautiful teeth! Thank you!

I just got my braces off, and the results were better than I ever imagined. Not only were the cosmetic changes excellent, but the improved bite makes eating even more enjoyable. The team servicing me was excellent from the front desk staff who were always attentive, helpful, and friendly; to the regular checkup and rewiring specialists that tuned me up monthly, to the Dr.'s themselves (notabley Dr. Simons who also worked on my two kids). Thanks again for the process and end results.

I'm 65 yrs old so I'm not your typical child patient. I had specific needs and challenges and they were all met with professional courtesy and experience. The staff was very friendly, professional and all showed they really enjoyed their job and working for the firm. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Simon and Lowe.

I love everything about this place! I honestly don't have a negative thing to say about any part of my experience with my treatment at Simons & Lowe---from the quality and skill of the treatment itself, to easy scheduling, to the no-hassle billing---it was all honest, smooth and upfront. I had had braces as a kid, but they were done shoddily, and my bite had grown more and more off with age. I saw both Dr. Simons and Dr. Lowe for the two years I was in braces this time, and they worked seamlessly together and were able to correct my teeth and bite beautifully.The entire office is extremely professional, super friendly, always on time, never trying to up-sell or con you into unnecessary products or add-ons. It was so refreshing in this day and age of gimmicks at every turn. They estimated my time in braces very accurately, and were always willing to see me in between visits if necessary for no additional charge. I seriously couldn't be more thrilled with the results and could not recommend Simons and Lowe more enthusiastically. If you are debating adult braces, it's totally worth it with these guys! (Both my kids see them too!)
