Steve Osborne conducted the home inspection for the house I am buying. He was thorough and his report was clear and understandable. Subsequent to his inspection he gave me helpful feedback before his report was submitted. The other secondary reports that followed his inspection report, as well as the method of identifying those items that were a priority for repair, were all very useful. Steve was easy to listen to and explained each item that he was listing to be corrected. He looked and was professional. The person scheduled from another company called out at the last minute and I was not happy. Steve was there when he said he would be and completed the inspection in a timely manner.

This was my first time using Skilled Inspections LLC and I must say I was very please with the service Steve Osborne gave. The appointment was scheduled for 9am on Wednesday February 15th and Steve arrived around 8:30am. He did a very complete inspection. His quality of work was impeccable, his friendliness when explaining what he inspected was precise and on point the same as the repost. He responded with the report as he said he would within 24 hours. And the explanation of the report was formatted where you could understand and follow the inspection findings, with pictures. I guarantee highly recommending him to someone that is in need of a home inspection. Thank you Steve
